Track cycling is a bicycle racing sport usually held on specially built banked tracks or velodromes using purpose-designed track bicycles.
The UCI Track Cycling World Championships are the set of world championship events for the various disciplines and distances in track cycling. They are regulated by the Union Cycliste Internationale. Before 1900, they were administered by the UCI's predecessor, the International Cycling Association (ICA).
Lotto–Soudal Ladies is a women's professional cycling team based in Belgium, which competes in elite road bicycle racing and track cycling events, such as the UCI Women's World Tour. The team was established in 2006, and its colours are white, black, and red. The team manager and representative is Kurt Van De Wouwer, and the assistant team manager is Annelies Dom. Sponsors Lotto and Soudal also sponsor the Lotto–Soudal men's UCI WorldTeam.
Annette Edmondson is an Australian cyclist who competes on the track with Cycling Australia's High Performance Unit (HPU). She has also competed on the road for the Wiggle High5 team between 2015 and 2018.
Amy Louise Cure is an Australian former professional track cyclist. She cycles for Team Jayco-AIS. She has set several world records. She won a junior world championship race in 2009, and represented Australia at the 2012 Summer Olympics. She is the first person in history to medal at every endurance track event at world championship level; with three newly gained medals in the team pursuit, omnium, and madison at 2017 UCI Track Cycling World Championships in Hong Kong.
Katarzyna Pawłowska is a Polish road racing and track cyclist, who most recently rode for Belgian amateur team Illi-Bikes Cycling Team. She won the women's scratch race at the UCI Track Cycling World Championships in 2012 and 2013, and competed for her country in the road race at the 2012 Summer Olympics, finishing eleventh.
Jolien D'Hoore is a former Belgian track and road cyclist, who's last team was UCI Women's WorldTeam SD Worx. D'Hoore is a 29-time national track champion as well as a four-time national road champion at all competition levels. She won the bronze medal in the omnium at the 2016 Olympics and is one of the strongest sprinters in the women's peloton.
Julie Leth is a Danish racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Women's Continental Team Ceratizit–WNT Pro Cycling. She competed in the 2013 UCI women's road race in Florence. Leth joined the Wiggle High5 team in 2017. In December 2018, Bigla Pro Cycling announced that Leth would join them for the following season, after Wiggle High5 folded.
Simona Frapporti is an Italian former racing cyclist, who rode professionally between 2008 and 2021, for seven different teams. She competed in the 2013 UCI women's team time trial in Florence. Frapporti is an athlete of Gruppo Sportivo Fiamme Azzurre.
Katie Archibald, is an elite Scottish and British racing cyclist, specialising in endurance track cycling events in which she represents Great Britain and Scotland.

Ebtissam Zayed Ahmed Mohamed is an Egyptian road and track cyclist. She competed in the women's sprint event at the 2016 Summer Olympics; she placed 27th in the qualifying round and did not reach the first round. She competed in the women's omnium event at the 2020 Summer Olympics.
The 2017–18 UCI Track Cycling World Cup was a multi-race tournament over a track cycling season. It was the 26th series of the UCI Track Cycling World Cup organised by the UCI. The series was run from 3 November 2017 to 21 January 2018 and consisted of five rounds.

Lara Gillespie is an Irish professional racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Women's Continental Team Team Rupelcleaning–Champion Lubricants. At the 2019 UCI Junior Track Cycling World Championships, Gillespie won a bronze medal in the individual pursuit. She rode in the women's team pursuit event at the 2020 UCI Track Cycling World Championships in Berlin, Germany.
