The second season of the Albanian talent competition programme Albania's Got Talent began airing on 11 November 2024 on Vizion Plus, almost fourteen years since it last aired on Top Channel. [1] The season was presented by Isli Islami, with Adelina Ismaili, Agron Llakaj, Kastro Zizo and Ledina Çelo were the new judges. [2]
In early 2024, Vizion Plus announced that the show will return for the second season in end of 2024. [3] Auditions were held across Albania, during August-October 2024. [4] On 6 November 2024, it was announced that Isli Islami will be the new presenter of the show. [5] On 7 November 2024, it was announced that singer Adelina Ismaili, comedian and actor Agron Llakaj, singer and songwriter Kastro Zizo and singer and model Ledina Çelo, were announced as the new judges. [6] The Show will premiere on 11 November 2024 and will air every Monday at 9:00 pm on Vizion Plus. [7]
Anjeza Shahini is an Albanian singer. She is best known for being the first representative of Albania at the Eurovision Song Contest in 2004, after winning the 42nd edition of Festivali i Këngës.
Television in Albania was first introduced in 1960. RTSH dominated the Albanian broadcasting field up to the mid-1990s, a period when privately owned radio and TV stations started to occupy the vast empty Albanian frequencies.
Albania participated in the Eurovision Song Contest 2005 in Kyiv, Ukraine, with the song "Tomorrow I Go" performed by Ledina Çelo. Its selected entry was chosen through the national selection competition Festivali i Këngës organised by Radio Televizioni Shqiptar (RTSH) in December 2004. This marked the second time that Albania participated in the Eurovision Song Contest since its debut in 2004. Due to the top 10 result in the previous contest, the nation automatically qualified for the grand final, which took place on 21 May 2005. In the final, it performed as number eight and placed 16th out of the 24 participating countries, scoring 53 points.

Festivali i Këngës në RTSH, commonly known as Festivali i Këngës and also referred to as simply FiK or Fest, is an annual music competition in Albania organised by the national broadcaster Radio Televizioni Shqiptar (RTSH). Broadcast every year since its inauguration in 1962, the festival has determined the country's representative to the Eurovision Song Contest since 2004.
Vizion Plus is a national privately owned channel established in 1999 in Tirana, Albania. The channel started as a local station and a few years later began broadcasting all over Albanian territory.

Dancing with the Stars is an American dance competition television series that premiered on 18 February 2010 on Vizion Plus and Tring Digital. It is the Albanian version of the British series Strictly Come Dancing, and one of several iterations of the Dancing with the Stars franchise. The show pairs celebrities with professional dancers. Each couple performs predetermined dances and competes against the others for judges' points and audience votes. The couple receiving the lowest combined total of judges' points and audience votes is eliminated each week until only the champion dance pair remains.
Albania's Got Talent is a televised Albanian talent show competition, and part of the global Got Talent franchise created by Simon Cowell. The first season began airing on 15 October 2010 on Top Channel. The judges were Altin Basha, Rovena Dilo and Armend Rexhepagiqi. It was hosted by Albana Osmani and Benet Kaci.
Pandi Laço is an Albanian journalist, songwriter, presenter and scenarist. He is mostly known for his work on Albanian Eurovision songs, of which he wrote several. Pandi has worked with notable Albanian artists, including Frederik Ndoci. He hosted Festivali i Këngës in 2015. Laço started his own show called Histori me Zhurmues, a show for Albanian history in film and music.
Altuna Sejdiu, also known professionally as Tuna, is a Macedonian-Albanian singer and songwriter.

Festivali i Këngës 60 was the 60th edition of the annual Albanian music competition Festivali i Këngës. It was organised by Radio Televizioni Shqiptar (RTSH) at the Palace of Congresses in Tirana, Albania, and consisted of two semi-finals on 27 and 28 December, respectively, and the final on 29 December 2021. The three live shows were directed by Redi Treni and hosted by Ardit Gjebrea, Isli Islami, Jonida Maliqi, Kelvi Kadilli and Xhemi Shehu. Ronela Hajati with the song "Sekret" emerged as the winner of the contest and represented Albania in the Eurovision Song Contest 2022 in Turin, Italy.
The eighth season of Dancing with the Stars premiered on Top Channel on 7 October 2022, almost four years since it last aired on Vizion Plus. The host of this season was Bora Zemani, with Eno Popi joining as co-host.
Big Brother VIP Kosova is a Kosovan reality game show based on the Dutch reality competition franchise Big Brother. The show follows a number of celebrity contestants, known as housemates, who are isolated from the outside world for an extended period of time in a custom built house. Each week, one of the housemates is evicted by a public vote, with the last housemate named the winner. Like Big Brother VIP Albania, it includes ethnic Albanians from the Balkans and the Diaspora.
Miss Grand Kosovo was a national Beauty pageant in Kosovo founded by a Pristina-based event organizer chaired by Sherif Pacolli, Lens Production. The pageant winner represents the country at its international parent contest, Miss Grand International. From 2014 to 2018, the pageant was held in parallel with the Miss Grand Albania competition as Miss Grand Albania & Kosovo, but after Aleks Tanushi of Aleks Fashion Events (A.F.E.) took over the Albanian franchise in 2018, it was instead organized as a stand-alone pageant from 2019 to 2021.

Festivali i Këngës 62 was the 62nd edition of the annual Albanian music competition Festivali i Këngës. The contest was organised by Radio Televizioni Shqiptar (RTSH) at the Palace of Congresses in Tirana, Albania. It consisted of two semi-finals held on 19 and 20 December, followed by a nostalgia night on 21 December and concluded in the grand final on 22 December 2023. The four live shows were hosted by Adriana Matoshi, Kledi Kadiu, Krisa Çaushi, and Xhuliano Dule. Mal Retkoceri emerged as the winner of the contest with his song "Çmendur." The selection of the Albanian representative for the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 was determined by public voting, with Besa Kokëdhima and her song "Zemrën n'dorë" being chosen to represent Albania.
The fifth season of the Albanian television music competition X Factor began airing on TV Klan on 8 December 2023, after nine years hiatus. Alketa Vejsiu returned as the presenter. The new judges were Adi Krasta, Arilena Ara, Elhaida Dani and Young Zerka, who replaced departing judges Alban Skënderaj, Bleona Qereti, Miriam Cani and Pandi Laço.
