Alfred Donnell Jenkins is a former professional American football wide receiver who played for the Birmingham Americans in 1974 and nine seasons for the Atlanta Falcons from 1975 through 1983. Jenkins was selected to the Pro Bowl during the 1980 and 1981 seasons and is considered the most successful NFL player from the short-lived World Football League.

Alfred Jenkins was a New Zealand physical culturist, sports administrator and promoter. He was born in Long Gully, Victoria, Australia on 15 March 1901.

Alfred Jenkins III is a former American football quarterback who played one season with the Dallas Texans of the Arena Football League. He was drafted by the Washington Redskins with the 248th pick in the 1987 NFL Draft. He played college football at the University of Arizona. Jenkins was also a member of the Ottawa Rough Riders of the Canadian Football League.
