William Chetcuti is a Maltese sport shooter who specializes in the double trap. He won the 2011 World Cup event in Beijing and the 2004 European Junior Championship where he set what is still a world record. He was the first Maltese shooter to win a World Cup medal.
Malta competed at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, which was held from 27 July to 12 August 2012. The country's participation at London marked its fifteenth appearance in the Summer Olympics since its début at the 1928 Summer Olympics. The delegation included two track and field athletes, Rachid Chouhal and Diane Borg, one double trap shooter William Chetcuti and two swimmers Andrew Chetcuti and Nicola Muscat. All five competitors qualified for the Games through wildcard places. William Chetcuti was selected as the flag bearer for the opening ceremony while Borg held it at the closing ceremony. Choudai did not progress beyond the preliminary stages of the men's 100 metres, while Borg advanced to the first round of the women's 100 metres before being eliminated. William Chetcuti finished ninth in the double trap shooting event, while Andrew Chetcuti and Muscat were unable to progress to the first rounds of their respective swimming disciplines.
Yukie Nakayama is a Japanese trap shooter, who competed at three Olympic games and won the silver medal at the 2013 ISSF World Championships. Nakayama made her official Olympic debut at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, where she finished thirteenth in the women's double trap, with a score of 94 points, tying her position with Finland's Pia Julin.
Dominic Grazioli is an American trap shooter. He won a total of ten medals for men's trap shooting at the ISSF World Cup. He also captured a silver medal at the 1997 Championship of the Americas in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and achieved a fourth-place finish at the 1999 ISSF World Shooting Championships in Tampere, Finland. Additionally, Grazioli serves as a reserve major in the U.S. Air Force at Randolph Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas.
Lee Dae-myung is a South Korean sport shooter. He won a silver medal in the men's 50 m free pistol at the 2010 ISSF World Shooting Championships in Munich, Germany, accumulating a score of 665.2 targets. He also captured two more gold medals for air pistol shooting at the 2010 Asian Games in Guangzhou, China, and at the 2012 ISSF World Cup in Sydney, Australia, with scores of 685.8 and 691.3 points, respectively.
Pak Yong-hui is a North Korean sport shooter. She won two silver medals in the women's trap at the 2002 Asian Games in Busan, South Korea, and at the 2008 ISSF World Cup series in Beijing, with scores of 83 and 90 targets, respectively.
Susanne Kiermayer is a retired German sport shooter. Kiermayer had won a total of nine medals for both trap and double trap shooting at the ISSF World Cup series. Kiermayer is currently a vice-president of the German Shooting Federation.
Filipe Antônio Carneiro Fuzaro is a Brazilian sport shooter. He won a gold medal for the men's double trap at the 2010 Championship of the Americas Tournament in Rio de Janeiro, with a total score of 179 targets, earning him a spot on the Brazilian team for the Olympics.

Yasmina Mesfioui is a Moroccan sport shooter. Mesfioui represented Morocco at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, where she competed in the women's trap. She scored a total of 61 targets in the qualifying rounds by one point behind India's Shagun Chowdhary, finishing in twenty-first place.
José Torres Laboy is a Puerto Rican sport shooter. He won a silver medal in the men's double trap at the 2011 Pan American Games in Guadalajara, Mexico, accumulating a score of 185 targets.
Yelena Anatolyevna Tkach is a Russian sport shooter. Representing the former Soviet Union, Tkach won a silver medal in the women's double trap at the 1991 ISSF World Shooting Championships in Perth, Australia, with a total score of 121 clay pigeons. She also defeated Lithuania's Daina Gudzinevičiūtė by one point for the gold medal in the women's trap at the 2002 ISSF World Shooting Championships in Lahti, Finland, accumulating a score of 93 targets. Tkach is also a member of the shooting team for Dynamo Voronezh, and is coached and trained by her teammate and two-time Olympian Maxim Kosarev.
Fátima Gálvez Marín is a Spanish sport shooter. She was the World champion in the individual trap event at the 2015 World Shotgun Championships, and won the Olympic champion in the team event at the 2020 Summer Olympics.
Lin Yi-chun is a Taiwanese sport shooter. She won two medals, gold and silver, in the women's double trap, at the 2001 and 2002 ISSF World Shooting Championships in Cairo, Egypt and Lahti, Finland, respectively. She also captured a bronze medal in the women's trap at the 2006 Asian Games in Doha, Qatar, accumulating a score of 80 clay pigeons and a bonus of 1 target from a shoot-off.
Andrei Heorhievich Kazak is a Belarusian sport shooter. Kazak made his official debut for the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, where he competed in the men's 10 m running target, a shooting event which has since been removed from the Olympic events. Kazak shot 292 targets in the slow-run and 283 in the fast-run for a total score of 575 points, finishing only in ninth place.
Khaled Al-Mudhaf is a Kuwaiti sport shooter. He captured the men's trap title at the 2002 ISSF World Championships in Lahti, Finland, and finished in the top six respectively on two successive editions of the Olympic Games. Apart from his World championship title, Al-Mudhaf also collected fourteen more medals to his career record, including two from the Asian Games. Al-Mudhaf is a member of the Kuwait City Shooting Club, where he trains full-time under Russian-born coach Rustam Yambulatov.
Mashfi Al-Mutairi is a Kuwaiti sport shooter. He won a bronze medal in double trap shooting at the 1998 Asian Games in Bangkok, Thailand, and was eventually selected to compete for the Kuwaiti team in two editions of the Olympic Games. Al-Mutairi is a member of the Kuwait City Shooting Club, where he trains full-time under Italian-born coach and 1996 Olympian Mirco Cenci.
