The America East women's soccer tournament (formerly known as the North Atlantic Conference championship [n 1] ) is the conference championship tournament in soccer for the America East Conference.

Contents

The tournament has been held every year since 1994. It is a single-elimination tournament and seeding is based on regular season records. The winner, declared conference champion, receives the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA Division I women's soccer championship.

Boston University is the most winning team of the competition with 10 titles won.

The Stony Brook Seawolves are the intercollegiate athletics teams that represent Stony Brook University (SBU) in Stony Brook, New York. The Seawolves play as members of the Coastal Athletic Association, which competes at the NCAA Division I level. Stony Brook had previously been a part of the America East Conference from 2001 to 2022, though has competed in CAA Football since 2013. The university's mascot is Wolfie the Seawolf, and the official colors of the Seawolves are red, grey, and blue.

The War on I-4 is a college rivalry between the University of Central Florida Knights and University of South Florida Bulls. The rivalry is best known for its college football matchup which originated in a series of football games played from 2005 to 2008 and now takes place on Thanksgiving weekend, the de facto "rivalry weekend" for FBS football. From 2013 to 2023, when both schools were part of the American Athletic Conference, the schools began competing annually in all sports both schools sponsored. In 2016, the schools officially adopted the "War on I-4" as an official competition series. Each year, the team with the most wins across all sports receives a gold trophy styled after an Interstate 4 (I-4) road sign with the logos of each school. The winner of the annual football game also receives a similar trophy.

The Stony Brook Seawolves baseball team represents Stony Brook University in NCAA Division I men's college baseball. Stony Brook currently competes in the Coastal Athletic Association (CAA) and plays its home games on Joe Nathan Field. Matt Senk has coached the team since the beginning of the 1991 season. The team has won the America East tournament six times in 2004, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2015, and 2019. In 2011, the Seawolves claimed their first America East regular season championship. Stony Brook has participated in the NCAA tournament on six separate occasions, winning its first game in 2010.

The Georgetown Hoyas men's soccer team represents Georgetown University in all men's Division I NCAA soccer competitions. The Georgetown Hoyas joined the new Big East Conference on July 1, 2013, with other private schools from the former Big East Conference in which they previously competed. They won a national championship in 2019, and was the national runner-up in 2012. They have made nine total appearances in the NCAA Men's Division I Soccer Championship, and have won the Big East conference tournament four times and the regular season title seven times.

The New Hampshire Wildcats men's soccer team represents the University of New Hampshire in all NCAA Division I men's college soccer competitions. The Wildcats play in the America East Conference. They play in Wildcat Stadium in Durham, New Hampshire.

The 2014 America East Conference baseball tournament was held from May 21 through 23. The top four regular season finishers of the league's six teams met in the double-elimination tournament held at Edward A. LeLacheur Park in Lowell, Massachusetts, the home park of UMass Lowell. Binghamton won their third tournament championship, and second consecutive, to claim the America East Conference's automatic bid to the 2014 NCAA Division I baseball tournament.

The SIU Edwardsville Cougars women's soccer team represent Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE) in the Ohio Valley Conference of NCAA Division I soccer. The Cougars play their home matches on Bob Guelker Field at Ralph Korte Stadium located in the southwest corner of the SIUE campus in Edwardsville, Illinois. Derek Burton has been head coach since 2008.

The South Florida Bulls women's soccer team represents the University of South Florida in the sport of soccer. The Bulls currently compete in the American Athletic Conference within Division I of the National Collegiate Athletic Association. The Bulls play in Corbett Stadium along with USF's men's soccer team, which opened in 2011. Prior to that, they played at what is now the USF Track and Field Stadium.

The defending champions were the Albany Great Danes, who were unable to defend their title after losing in the Quarterfinals to Hartford. Stony Brook won their second tournament in three years after a 2–1 victory in the final. It was the first victory for first year head coach Tobias Bischof.

The defending champions were the Stony Brook Seawolves, who were unable to defend their title after not qualifying for the tournament. Vermont won their first tournament in program history after a 1–0 victory in the final. It was the first victory for eleventh year head coach Kristi Huizenga. As tournament champions, Vermont earned the America East's automatic berth into the 2021 NCAA Division I Women's Soccer Tournament.

The five-match tournament took place at campus sites, with the higher seed hosting. The six-team single-elimination tournament consisted of three rounds based on seeding from regular season conference play. The defending champions were the New Hampshire, who were unable to defend their title, losing in the Final. Vermont won their first tournament in program history after a 1–0 victory in the final over New Hampshire. It was the sixth victory for the Vermont Catamounts soccer program and the first for Head Coach Rob Dow. As tournament champions, Vermont earned the America East's automatic berth into the 2021 NCAA Division I men's soccer tournament.

The defending champions were the Vermont Catamounts, who were unable to defend their title after not qualifying for the tournament. New Hampshire won their second tournament in program history after a penalty shoot-out victory in the final. It was the second victory for ninth year head coach Steve Welham. As tournament champions, New Hampshire earned the America East's automatic berth into the 2022 NCAA Division I women's soccer tournament.

The five-match tournament took place at campus sites, with the higher seed hosting. The six-team single-elimination tournament consisted of three rounds based on seeding from regular season conference play. The defending champions were the Vermont Catamounts, who were unable to defend their title, losing in the Semifinals to Albany. New Hampshire went on to win the tournament after a 2–0 victory in the final over Albany. It was the fourth victory for the New Hampshire Wildcats soccer program, all of which have come under Head Coach Marc Hubbard. This was New Hampshire's fourth tournament victory in the last five years. As tournament champions, New Hampshire earned the America East's automatic berth into the 2022 NCAA Division I men's soccer tournament.

The five-match tournament took place at campus sites, with the higher seed hosting. The six-team single-elimination tournament consisted of three rounds based on seeding from regular season conference play. The defending champions were the New Hampshire Wildcats, who were unable to defend their title after falling in the first round to Vermont. Maine won the tournament after an overtime victory in the final over UMass Lowell. It was the first victory in program history for Maine and the first for twenty-third year head coach Scott Atherly. As tournament champions, Maine earned the America East's automatic berth into the 2023 NCAA Division I women's soccer tournament.

The five-match tournament took place at campus sites, with the higher seed hosting. The six-team single-elimination tournament consisted of three rounds based on seeding from regular season conference play. The defending champions were the New Hampshire Wildcats, who were unable to defend their title. New Hampshire lost in overtime to Bryant 1–0. It was the first America East tournament victory for the Bryant Bulldogs soccer program, and first for Head Coach Ruben Resendes. As tournament champions, Bryant earned the America East's automatic berth into the 2023 NCAA Division I men's soccer tournament.

The 2024 America East Conference women's soccer tournament was be the postseason women's soccer tournament for the American East Conference that was held from November 3rd through 10th. The five-match tournament took place at campus sites, with the higher seed hosting. The six-team single-elimination tournament consisted of three rounds based on seeding from regular season conference play. The defending champions were the Maine Black Bears, The Black Bears successfully defended their title, defeating New Hampshire 3–0 in the Final. It was the second victory in program history for Maine and the second for twenty-third year head coach Scott Atherly. As tournament champions, Maine earned the America East's automatic berth into the 2024 NCAA Division I women's soccer tournament.
