Anagennisis Germasoyias is a Cypriot football club based in Yermasoyia, Lemesos province, Cyprus. Anagennisis were founded in 1956. Their colours are blue and white and they play in Yermasoyia Municipal Stadium. Annagennisis is well known for its close relationship with Apollon Limassol, for many considered to be their satellite team.

Anagennisi Deryneia is Cypriot football team based in Deryneia, Famagusta. The club was founded in 1920 and they joined the Cyprus Football Association in 1972. The team played in the Cypriot First division in 2011 but was relegated at the end of the season. It has participated in the first and second divisions and Cypriot Third Division in the past. The club also maintains a volleyball team, which is currently playing in the Second Division, having lifted the Cypriot Cup trophy twice in the past.

The 2011–12 Cypriot First Division was the 73rd season of the Cypriot top-level football league. It began on 27 August 2011 and ended on 12 May 2012. APOEL were the defending champions. AEL Limassol won the championship one matchweek before the end of the season.
