Andrew Kelly (born 2 June 1982) is a Scottish rugby union coach who coaches Valley RFC in Hong Kong. He previously played for Edinburgh Rugby in the Pro14. He played at Hooker.
Kelly started his rugby career alongside former Edinburgh centre Matt Dey at Stewart’s Melville College where they won the Scottish Schools Cup in 1999. [1]
After 10 years at Edinburgh, Andrew re-located to Hong Kong where he played for Valley RFC for 4 consecutive winning seasons.
He represented Edinburgh at age-grade at under-16, under-18, and under-19 before playing for the senior side. [2]
Kelly has represented Scotland at under-18, under-19, and under-21 grades. His international under-19 games included starting in all four in the 2001 FIRA World Junior Championship in Santiago, Chile, and scoring a try against Japan in the final match there.
Kelly was capped at Scotland 'A' international.
He was appointed head coach of Valley RFC. [3] [4]
He is also now the assistant coach of the Hong Kong national side. [5]

Glasgow Hutchesons Aloysians Rugby Football Club, often abbreviated to GHA and colloquially referred to as G-HA!!, is a rugby union club based in the Giffnock area of East Renfrewshire, Scotland. The club plays its home matches at Braidholm and currently competes in the Scottish National League Division One, which is the second tier of Scottish club rugby. GHA competed in the premiership from 2019/20 until the 2022/23 season which saw them being relegated to National League Division 1.
Kelly Brown is a Scottish rugby union coach and former player. He won 64 caps for the Scotland national team, and played club rugby for Glasgow Warriors, Border Reivers and Saracens as a flanker. He retired from playing in 2017 to become a coach with Saracens' academy. Brown moved to an Assistant Coach position at Glasgow Warriors in 2020 before returning to Saracens in 2021.

It follows the widespread Football Code of Rugby Union and is the Academy Section of Hong Kong Rugby Football Union Division One Club, Valley Rugby Football Club.
