Lind was born in Lauritsala. His career as a reporter in Yleisradio TV news began on October 15, 1965. His last news broadcast was on Wednesday, October 15, 2003, at 20:30 EEST, and he retired from his work at the beginning of year 2004. The farewell broadcast was seen by over 1.6 million viewers. Since then, he has lectured about his work in universities, and in 2005, the newspaper Keskisuomalainen appointed him as their reader ombudsman. He's often been called "the most trustworthy man in Finland" by the media.
Marv Albert is an American retired sportscaster. Honored for his work as a member of the Basketball Hall of Fame, he was commonly referred to as "the voice of basketball". From 1967 to 2004, he was also known as "the voice of the New York Knicks". Albert worked for Turner Sports as the lead announcer for NBA games on TNT until his retirement at the end of the 2020–21 season.
Yleisradio Oy, translated to English as the Finnish Broadcasting Company, is Finland's national public broadcasting company, founded in 1926. It is a joint-stock company which is 99.98% owned by the Finnish state, and employs around 3,200 people in Finland. Yle shares many of its organizational characteristics with its British counterpart, the BBC, on which it was largely modelled.
Pertti Olavi "Spede" Pasanen was a Finnish film director and producer, comedian, and inventor. During his career he directed, wrote, produced or acted in about 50 movies and participated in numerous TV productions, including the comedy Spede Show and the game-show Speden Spelit. Much of his more commercial work was in collaboration with Vesa-Matti Loiri and Simo Salminen. Pasanen's films and TV shows, often made quickly and on a low budget, usually received little critical recognition but were popular among Finnish audiences from the 1960s onwards. He was the owner of his own film production company, Filmituotanto Spede Pasanen Ky.
MTV3 is a Finnish commercial television station. It had the biggest audience share of all Finnish TV channels until Yle TV1 took the lead. The letters MTV stand for Mainos-TV, due to the channel carrying advertising for revenue. Number 3 was added later, when the channel was allocated the third nationwide television channel and it generally became known as "Channel Three"—Finnish Broadcasting Company’s Yle TV1 and Yle TV2 being the first two—and also to distinguish it from the later MTV Finland, which is a Finnish version of Paramount's MTV channel. From 1957 until 2001, the channel's logo was a stylised owl, changed to an owl's eye after an image renewal in 2001, which was then used until 2013. MTV3 has about 500 employees. It is also known as Maikkari.

Stockton began his career in Philadelphia, then moved to Pittsburgh, where he worked as the sports director for KDKA-TV. In Boston, he called Celtics games for WBZ-TV and Red Sox games for WSBK-TV before transitioning to national broadcasting, which included calling the 1975 World Series for NBC and later, the NBA Finals for CBS. In a career that spanned over five decades, Stockton worked for several different networks, most prominently CBS Sports, Fox Sports, and Turner Sports.
Yle TV1 is a Finnish television channel owned and operated by Finnish public broadcaster Yle. It is the second oldest and the oldest existing television channel in Finland. More than 70% of channel's programs are documentaries, news or educational programmes. Its name is commonly referred to as Ykkönen; the name is derived from Yle's ownership of channel spots 1 and 2 by default in Finland; the other, spot 2 channel, is Yle TV2.

Eva Polttila is a retired Finnish television news anchor. She worked in YLE from 1969 to 2009. In television news she started in 1981 and at the time she was the first woman to read news regularly in Finland. Polttila is one of the most famous news anchors in Finland and she was given the title "the most reliable woman in Finland" when her long-time colleague Arvi Lind retired in 2003.

Kravat has designed and published a professional networking tool software application HookedOn. Erola formerly worked as an associate director for Kreab, a multinational communications agency, for both the London and Helsinki offices. For several years, Erola was involved with the Sport and Healthtech startup event SMASH, e.g. by hosting the SMASH LONDON event in 2018.
Tesvisio was the first television channel in Finland. It began regular broadcasts on March 21, 1956 and continued broadcasting until March 1965, when it was turned into Yle TV2.
