BearCity 2: The Proposal is a 2012 American gay-themed (in particular, the bear community) comedy-drama film written and directed by Doug Langway. It is a sequel to his 2010 film BearCity . [1] [2]
In addition to the major characters from the original BearCity, the cast includes Richard Riehle and Susie Mosher as Tyler's parents, and Kathy Najimy as Brent's mother. [1] [2]
BearCity 3 was funded by an Indiegogo crowdfunding campaign, [3] and had a limited release at various LGBT festivals and venues in 2016, and received a full release digitally and on home media in 2017. [4]
Following the legalization of same-sex marriage in New York, Roger proposes to his boyfriend Tyler, and the gang embarks on a road trip to have the wedding in Provincetown, Massachusetts during "Bear Week".
The film was screened at the Los Angeles Gay and Lesbian Film Festival and Philadelphia QFest in July 2012, before going into general release on September 28. It was subsequently released on DVD and Blu-ray on December 5, 2012 by SharpLeft Studios, and was made available as a digital download on January 11, 2013.
Kathy Ann Najimy is an American actress and activist. She was first nationally known for her feminist play The Kathy and Mo Show, which she wrote and performed with Mo Gaffney. The film follows the residents of a small town who are terrorized by a prehistoric man-eating shark that can swim through snow.

Seattle Women's Chorus(SWC) is a community chorus based in Seattle, Washington. Founded in 2002, the group is the largest LGBTQ-identified women's chorus in the world. SWC is a member of the Gay and Lesbian Association of Choruses (GALA Choruses) and Chorus America. Both Seattle Women's Chorus and Seattle Men's Chorus are governed by the same non-profit organization, Flying House Productions. Combined, they are the largest community chorus in North America.
Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween is a 2018 American horror comedy film directed by Ari Sandel and written by Rob Lieber from a story by Lieber and Darren Lemke. A stand-alone sequel to 2015's Goosebumps, it is based on the children's horror book series of the same name by R. L. Stine. The new cast consists of Wendi McLendon-Covey, Madison Iseman, Jeremy Ray Taylor, Caleel Harris, Chris Parnell, and Ken Jeong. The plot follows two young boys who accidentally release the monsters from the Goosebumps franchise in their town after opening an unpublished Goosebumps manuscript titled Haunted Halloween, causing a wave of destruction on Halloween night.
Scrooge & Marley is 2012 film adaptation of Charles Dickens' 1843 novella A Christmas Carol, which is retold from a gay perspective, co-directed by Richard Knight Jr. and Peter Neville, and co-written by Knight, Ellen Stoneking, and Timothy Imse. It also features David Pevsner as Ebenezer "Ben" Scrooge, Tim Kazurinsky as the ghost of Scrooge's business partner Jacob Marley, Ronnie Kroell as the Ghost of Christmas Past, Megan Cavanagh as the Ghost of Christmas Present, David Moretti as Bob Cratchit, and JoJo Baby as the Ghost of Christmas Future. An exploration of anti-LGBT violence in Russia, the film stars Alex Ozerov as Pyotr, a young gay man in Moscow who is lured into a dangerous situation by anti-gay extremists but turns the tables on them with a dark secret that turns them into the prey.
Single All the Way is a 2021 Canadian Christmas romantic comedy film directed by Michael Mayer and written by Chad Hodge. The plot follows a man who convinces his best friend to pretend to be his boyfriend when he goes home for Christmas, only to be set up on a blind date by his mother.
