Belonging is an English-language Welsh television drama series, produced by BBC Wales and broadcast on BBC One Wales.

Contents

The programme revolved around the lives of the Lewis family, and their various trials and tribulations in the changing environment of their South Wales town Bryncoed and modern Wales. The programme began in 1999, and its ninth and final series started in April 2008 and ended in June. A one-off ten-year anniversary special was broadcast on 16 April 2009, centring on a reunion of the Lewis family. Stephanie Parker died two days after the show ended.

Baker Boys is a television drama series produced by BBC Wales and broadcast on BBC One Wales. The series was written by Helen Raynor and Gary Owen. Torchwood creator Russell T Davies also had a role as creative consultant, which he fulfilled from Los Angeles. The first episode of the series was broadcast on 23 January 2011.

<i>The Bench</i> (TV series) British TV series or programme

The Bench is a Welsh television legal drama series, co-created by Matthew Robinson and lead writer Catherine Treganna, that first broadcast on BBC One Wales from 17 October 2001. The English-language series follows the daily lives of a group of the prosecutors and defenders of a busy magistrates court, including long suffering Des Davies and young whippersnapper Ranjit Singh.

HinterlandY Gwyll in the original Welsh language version — is a Welsh noir police procedural series broadcast on S4C in Welsh. The main character, DCI Tom Mathias, is played by Richard Harrington. On 27 November 2013, a second series was announced by S4C. The English-language version, with brief passages of Welsh dialogue, aired on BBC One Wales.
