Richard Henry Ronald Benyon, Baron Benyon is a British politician who has served as Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State at the Department for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs since 2021, having previously held the office from 2010 to 2013. A member of the Conservative Party, he was Member of Parliament (MP) for Newbury from 2005 to 2019.
