Claudio Camaione and Paolo Cilione came to New York City in the late 1990s, then further on to Southern California to build their studio for recording and film editing in a villa overlooking Silver Lake. At the start of their collaboration they scored a few short films and started directing indie pieces of their own featuring Clifton Collins from Traffic, NYC "It Girl" Debi Mazar and Italian starlet Claudia Gerini. In 2003, under the name Blow-Up, they wrote, produced, performed & recorded their debut American LP Exploding Plastic Pleasure. Packed with rhythmic fueled compositions, club remixes and songs in no less than 4 different languages, the LP features guest performances by Debbie Harry, Lydia Lunch and Dee Dee Ramone. This gained them a reputation in the pop and dance music world resulting in requests to write, produce and remix for several up and coming acts as well as some of the top names in music.
The Flaming Lips chose Blow-Up to remix Ego Tripping and Madonna commissioned them to remix her Hollywood single for the American Life Remixed LP. After that project was cancelled, they remixed Love Profusion instead. More recently, they've completed remixes for Yoko Ono, Esthero, Blondie as well as Rod Stewart for a 25-year anniversary release of Da Ya Think I'm Sexy .
Three of these remixes - Madonna's Love Profusion, Esthero's O.G. Bitch, and Yoko Ono's Everyman/Everywoman reached #1 on the Billboard dance chart in 2004. The Rod Stewart remix is currently charting as well.

She was married to English singer-songwriter John Lennon of the Beatles from 1969 until his murder in 1980.

Released as a single in July 1969 by the Plastic Ono Band on Apple Records, it is the first solo single issued by Lennon, released while he was still a member of the Beatles, and became an anthem of the American anti-war movement during the 1970s. It peaked at number 14 on the Billboard Hot 100 and number 2 on the British singles chart.
Tiefschwarz are a German house group consisting of brothers, Alexander "Ali" and Sebastian "Basti" Schwarz, which formed in Stuttgart in 1996. Peter Hoff, who runs the Benztown studios in Stuttgart, joined later, and completed the first Tiefschwarz production team. "Love Profusion" is a song by American singer and songwriter Madonna for her ninth studio album American Life (2003). Written and produced by Madonna and Mirwais Ahmadzaï, it was released as the fourth and final single from the album on December 8, 2003, by Maverick Records. "Love Profusion" was first premiered during the release of the album on AOL. It later received a number of remixes, which were also released alongside the single. The song contains rhythm from a four piece bass drum, with guitar riffs of the acoustic guitar and Madonna's voice backed by a male vocal during the chorus. Ahmadzaï used the stutter edit to create a new groove. Dedicated to Madonna's then-husband, Guy Ritchie, the song's lyrics deal with Madonna's confusion regarding American culture.
Remixed & Revisited is a remix album by American singer and songwriter Madonna. It was released on November 24, 2003 by Maverick Records and Warner Bros. Records. The album contains four songs, in remixed form, from her 2003 ninth studio album American Life and a previously unreleased song, "Your Honesty", originally written and recorded for her 1994 sixth studio album Bedtime Stories. The other tracks included are the live performance of "Like a Virgin" and "Hollywood" on the 2003 MTV Video Music Awards—which ended with Madonna kissing co-performers Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera—and a remix of 1985 single "Into the Groove". The release peaked at number 115 on the Billboard 200 in the United States. It received mixed reviews from critics; "Your Honesty" was generally the only song to receive praise. The remix album also marked the closing release under her contract with Maverick Records.

Starpeace is Yoko Ono's 1985 concept album, designed to spread a message of peace around the world as an opposition to Ronald Reagan's "Star Wars" missile defense system. As with most Ono albums, it did not chart extensively but the single release of "Hell in Paradise" reached #16 on the US dance charts. The album was subtitled An Earth Play for Sun and Air in the booklet and on the disc.

Yes, I'm a Witch is a remix album by Yoko Ono released on February 6, 2007 by Apple Records and Astralwerks. Artists invited to contribute were asked to select a song from Ono's back catalogue, and were then presented with all the necessary elements to create a remix/cover of their desire. According to the press release, nearly every artist chose only the vocals, and created entirely new backing tracks to demonstrate the versatility of Ono's compositions.

Ono released her debut studio album Yoko Ono/Plastic Ono Band in December 1970, faring poorly in the United States. Similar moderate success was achieved with her follow-up records Fly (1971) and Approximately Infinite Universe (1973).
