The Bosnia and Herzegovina men's national under-18 ice hockey team is the men's national under-18 ice hockey team of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The team is controlled by the Bosnia and Herzegovina Ice Hockey Federation, a member of the International Ice Hockey Federation. The team represents Bosnia and Herzegovina at the IIHF World U18 Championships.

Games were played at the Ice Palace and Palace sport in Minsk. Russia defeated the United States 3–2 in the final to claim the gold medal, while the Czech Republic defeated Canada 3–2 to capture the bronze medal.

The Group A tournament took place between 5 and 8 March 2003 in Mexico City, Mexico and the Group B tournament took place between 6 and 9 February 2003 in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Group A competition was won by Australia while Iceland won the Group B tournament. Upon winning their respective tournaments both teams gained promotion to Division II of the 2004 IIHF World U18 Championships.

The tournament was won by Mexico who upon winning gained promotion, along with South Africa who finished in second place, to Division II of the 2005 IIHF World U18 Championships.

The 2015 IIHF World Championship Division III was an international ice hockey tournament run by the International Ice Hockey Federation. It was contested in İzmir, Turkey, from 3 to 12 April 2015. Seven nations participated, including Bosnia and Herzegovina, who joined the world championships for the first time since 2008. After three consecutive years of finishing in the second place, North Korea won the tournament and was promoted to Division II Group B for 2016.
The 2017 IIHF World Championship Division III was an international ice hockey tournament run by the International Ice Hockey Federation. It was contested in Sofia, Bulgaria from 10 to 16 April 2017. Seven teams participated in the tournament, divided into two groups. Bosnia and Herzegovina was originally scheduled to participate, but withdrew before the tournament began; all their games were recorded as 5–0 forfeits for the opposing team. Luxembourg won the tournament, defeating Bulgaria 10–4 in the final, and played in Division IIB in 2018. Chinese Taipei debuted in Division III and, apart from defeating Bosnia and Herzegovina in a forfeit, recorded their first official win, beating the UAE 4–0 in the 5th place playoff.
This article lists the performances of each of the 62 national teams which have made at least one appearance in the Ice Hockey World Championships, an annual international men's ice hockey tournament organized by the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF), including the Olympic ice hockey tournament was also considered the World Championship for that year, and was held before the first Ice Hockey World Championship as an individual event in 1930. With the exception between 1940 and 1946, when no championships were held during World War II, nor were held during the Olympic years 1980, 1984, and 1988. In 2020, the IIHF announced that all World Championship tournaments have been cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic and travel restrictions-related issues.
