Briar Ridge is a gated, upscale residential community partly in Dyer and partly in Schererville, in Lake County, Indiana.

All but one of the streets in the community are named after renowned world-class golf courses.

Greenwood is a neighborhood in the southern part of the city of Clarksville, Tennessee, USA. Jans Memorial Golf Course and locally called the Canal Shores Golf Course, is an 18-hole, par 60 golf course located in a suburban residential neighborhood on the east side of Evanston and Wilmette, Illinois. Founded in 1919 on the banks of the North Shore Channel of the Chicago River, the course is 3,904 yards in length, featuring a narrow and tree-lined fairway and two over-the-water holes. Eleven of the holes are located in Evanston, Illinois and 7 holes are in Wilmette, Illinois.

Bonnie-Briar County Club is an 18-hole golf course and country club located in the Town of Mamaroneck in Westchester County, New York. The course architect was A. W. Tillinghast, one of the most prolific architects in the history of golf, and designer of nearby Southern Westchester courses including Quaker Ridge Golf Club, Wykagyl Country Club and Winged Foot Golf Club. The course design made excellent use of Bonnie Briar's hilly and low wetland areas, surrounding a wooded interior. A.H. Tull, Geoffrey Cornish and Robert Trent also contributed to various aspects of the course layout, drainage, tees, greens and bunkers.
