Broken Social Scene is a Canadian indie rock band, a musical collective including as few as six and as many as nineteen members, formed by Kevin Drew and Brendan Canning in 1999. Alongside Drew and Canning, the other core members of the band are Justin Peroff (drums), Andrew Whiteman (guitar) and Charles Spearin (guitar).
Mark William Lanegan was an American singer-songwriter, author, and musician. First becoming prominent as the lead singer for the early grunge band Screaming Trees, he was also known as a member of Queens of the Stone Age and The Gutter Twins. He released 12 solo studio albums, as well as three collaboration albums with Isobel Campbell and two with Duke Garwood. Lanegan was known for his baritone voice, which was described as being "as scratchy as a three-day beard yet as supple and pliable as moccasin leather and has been compared to Tom Waits, Leonard Cohen and Nick Cave."
Seether are a South African rock band founded in 1999 in Pretoria, Gauteng. The band originally performed under the name "Saron Gas" until 2002, when they moved to the United States and changed it to Seether to avoid confusion with the deadly chemical known as sarin gas. Lead vocalist and guitarist Shaun Morgan is the band's longest serving member, bassist Dale Stewart joined shortly after formation while drummer John Humphrey joined them for the band's second album. Since 2018, the band has been employing second guitarist Corey Lowery. Several notable guitarists like Corey's brother Clint and Troy McLawhorn have toured or recorded with the band, however, Shaun has recorded most guitar parts for the band's records.

Cash Cash is an American electronic music group from Roseland, New Jersey. The group consists of three DJs: brothers Jean Paul Makhlouf, Alex Makhlouf and Samuel Frisch. They produce, record, mix and master all their music together as a trio. They are currently signed to Big Beat Records and Atlantic Records, a subsidiary of Warner Music Group worldwide. The group's highest-charting song to date is their RIAA platinum-certified single "Take Me Home", which features vocals by Bebe Rexha. Throughout their career, they have released a wide range of original songs featuring diverse artists such as, John Rzeznik of the Goo Goo Dolls, Nelly, Wiz Khalifa, Lukas Graham, Andy Grammer, Christina Perri, Busta Rhymes, Dashboard Confessional, among others.

Dane Schmidt, better known by his stage name Jamestown Story, is an American alternative acoustic singer-songwriter from Minneapolis, Minnesota now residing in Nashville, Tennessee. Previously the main vocalist and songwriter of a band also named Jamestown Story, Schmidt chose to keep the band's name and continue on after the band dissolved in 2007. Schmidt released his first album under the name And Then I Turned Seven in late 2003 and has since released 7 albums as well as numerous singles and EP's.
CNBLUE is a South Korean pop rock band formed in 2009. The band consists of Jung Yong-hwa, Kang Min-hyuk (drums), and Lee Jung-shin (bass). First bassist Kwon Kwang-jin left the band after they released their debut Japanese extended play Now or Never in 2009, and was replaced by Lee Jung-shin. Lee Jong-hyun left the band on August 28, 2019.

Albannach, Scottish Gaelic for "Scottish," is a band formed in 2005 in Glasgow, Scotland. Their traditional music is heavily percussive, driven by bass drums, bodhráns, and a single bagpipe. Albannach released their first album, the eponymous Albannach, in 2006. Since, the band has independently released four additional studio albums and frequently performs music at Highland games, Scottish festivals, and Celtic cultural events across North America and the United Kingdom. With little exception, Albannach's discography is instrumental, though several vocal songs are included in live shows.

A cover of Cyndi Lauper's 1983 hit, "Girls Just Want to Have Fun" is included along with four original songs co-written by popular songwriters such as Sia Furler and Andreas Carlsson. The EP failed to reach the Billboard 200, but did peak at 193 on the Top Current Albums component chart.
