"Burning Desire" was released as a single on March 19. On Valentine's Day of 2013, a music video for the song was released. Lyrically composed by Lana Del Rey and her long-time collaborator, Justin Parker, the record was produced by Emile Haynie.
The Baggy's Rehearsal Sessions is a posthumous compilation album by Jimi Hendrix, released on June 25, 2002 by Dagger Records. The album contains recordings from two rehearsal sessions for the Band of Gypsys' performances at the Fillmore East on December 31, 1969 and January 1, 1970.
Maurice Bennett was an artist in New Zealand who used toast as an artistic medium in mosaic. The billboard-size images are made up in pixel form, using a slice of toast for each pixel. The toast is soaked in polyurethane to preserve the artwork. His portraits include Mona Lisa, Elvis Presley, US President Barack Obama, Mayor of Wellington Mark Blumsky, and rugby player Jonah Lomu. His work has been featured on Ripley's Believe It or Not. Bennett died of cancer on June 6, 2016 in Wellington, NZ.
Defiant Theatre was a Chicago-based theatre company founded in 1993 by a group of students from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, which includes Nick Offerman. The eclectic troupe specialized in productions that emphasized inventive stagecraft, perverse and controversial topics, and skillful stage combat. While the company is highly regarded for original plays such as Action Movie: The Play and Godbaby, Defiant Theatre received notable attention for productions of plays by Caryl Churchill, Alfred Jarry, Sarah Kane, and William Shakespeare. Chicago Magazine named Defiant the "Best Experimental Theatre" in their August 1999 Best of Chicago issue. The company disbanded in 2004.
Playaround was formed from the ashes of Mystique, the first Atari 2600 adult video game company. Playaround purchased the rights to Mystique's titles and released them as "double-enders" - extra-long cartridges that had a different game on each end. Playaround released additional titles unique from those picked up from Mystique, and made female versions of several of their games to try to tap into another market, which didn't work very well. While the games' themes may be considered adult, the graphics are quite blocky and generally poor enough that it takes quite an imagination to see them as anything more than a novelty.

Electric Ladyland was the Experience's most commercially successful release and their only number one album. It peaked at number six in the UK, where it spent 12 weeks on the chart.
Band of Gypsys is a live album by Jimi Hendrix and the first without his original group, the Jimi Hendrix Experience.
