Kaarle McCulloch is an Australian professional track cyclist and four time World Champion in the team sprint. She was part of the Australian sprint team that won bronze at the 2012 Summer Olympics. At the 2010 Commonwealth Games she won a gold medal in the Team sprint and a silver medal in the 500m Time Trial. Kaarle took a break from cycling following the London Olympics due a knee injury, missing the 2014 Commonwealth Games. In 2016 she missed selection for the Rio Olympics due to a contentious decision to send former team mate Anna Meares. Kaarle returned for the 2018 Commonwealth Games winning Gold in the 500m Time Trial and Team Sprint and Silver in the Keiran and Bronze in the Sprint. Kaarle is renowned for being an exceptionally kind-hearted athlete mentoring many junior cyclists.
Cameron Bradley Medhurst is an Australian former competitive figure skater. He is an eight-time Australian national champion. He represented Australia at the 1984 Winter Olympics, where he placed 19th; at the 1988 Winter Olympics, where he again placed 19th; and at the 1992 Winter Olympics, where he placed 16th.
James Alexander Cameron was an Australian politician. He was born at Coraki in New South Wales, the son of blacksmith Donald Cameron and Joyce Betheras. In 1948, when he was eighteen years old, he joined the Liberal Party and became a staff member. He was press secretary to Liberal leaders Pat Morton and Robert Askin 1955 – 1959. On 16 March 1963, he married Helen Bicket, with whom he had two daughters and four sons.
Kerryn Michelle Pethybridge-Rim is an Australian biathlete who competed at three Winter Olympics from 1992 to 1998. On her debut, she came 39ths and 32nd out of 68 and 66 competitors respectively in the 7.5 km and 10 km events. In 1994, she came 21st and 8th out of 69 and 68 racers in the 7.5 km and 15 km events respectively. She was past her best in 1998 and came 47th and 43rd in the same two events. There were 64 competitors in each race. Rim's result remains the only top 20 finish by an Australian in the discipline of biathlon.

Nellie Cameron (1910–1953), known as "The Kiss of Death Girl", was a notorious Sydney prostitute in the 1920s and 1930s, who was featured extensively in the 2011 Australian television mini-series Underbelly: Razor. Cameron was associated with the cocaine-fuelled ravages of the razor gang violence of that era, commonly associated with her contemporaries, Tilly Devine and Kate Leigh, both criminal entrepreneurs who controlled much of Sydney's illegal sex industry and Sly-grog distribution during that period. Nellie Cameron received 73 criminal convictions during her life of crime, mainly for soliciting and vagrancy, and had the distinction of becoming the first woman in Australia to be convicted of consorting with criminals.

Kyle Chalmers, is an Australian competitive swimmer who specialises in the sprint freestyle events. He holds the junior world record in the 100 metre freestyle and won the gold medal in that event at the 2016 Summer Olympics. Chalmers also won the gold medal for the men’s 200 metre freestyle at the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games.
Australia is scheduled to compete in the 2017 Asian Winter Games in Sapporo and Obihiro, Japan from 19 to 26 February. This will mark the debut of the country at the Asian Winter Games, however its athletes are not eligible to win any medals, as the team is classified as guest competitors.
