Chamberlin is an American folk rock band from Vermont. The band is currently on Roll Call/EMI Records.
Chamberlin formed in Spring 2010 when members Mark Daly and Ethan West co-wrote and demoed nine songs at a mountainside cabin in Goshen, Vermont. By June, they acquired Jamie Heintz, Eric Maier, and Charles Whistler to finish the group. A month later, the band was signed to Roll Call Records.
In August 2010, they recorded their debut album, Bitter Blood, with producer Scott Tournet (guitarist for Grace Potter And The Nocturnals) and engineer Ben Collette at The Tank Studio in Burlington, VT. In early 2011, Chamberlin supported Grace Potter and The Nocturnals on their winter tour.
Michael A. Daly is an American record producer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist. Daly attended the Berklee College of Music in Boston. Daly first came to prominence as the Whiskeytown resident multi-instrumentalist and co-writer. He wrote or co-wrote many of the songs on the Pneumonia album and has contributed to all of Caitlin Cary's solo releases.

Grace Evelyn Potter is an American singer-songwriter and musician who formed Grace Potter and the Nocturnals in 2002. Potter released her debut solo record Original Soul on 2004 via Grace Potter Music. Potter and her band parted ways in 2015, just before the release of her solo album, Midnight. Her latest album, Daylight, was released in 2019. In 2011, Potter and Higher Ground founded Grand Point North music festival in Burlington, Vermont. The music festival celebrates local acts, promotes area businesses and has attracted national performing artists, including Kenny Chesney, Jackson Browne, The Avett Brothers, Trey Anastasio, Nathaniel Rateliff, The Flaming Lips, Trampled By Turtles, Gov't Mule, and more.

He has worked on albums by artists including Alicia Keys, Dave Matthews Band, LeAnn Rimes, Anthony Hamilton, Eminem, India Arie, 50 Cent, Jay-Z, Maroon 5, Skylar Grey, Grace Potter and the Nocturnals, Seal, Nas, and Sting. He has also composed music for films and television shows including I, Tonya, American Hustle, Sharp Objects, Spider-Man 2 and Power Book IV: Force.

It was released in May 2011 as the fourth single from his album Hemingway's Whiskey (2010). Chesney's version of the song features a guest vocal from Grace Potter, lead singer of Grace Potter and the Nocturnals. On November 30, the song received two nominations in 54th Grammy Awards for Best Country Song and Best Country Duo/Group Performance.
