ONE was a boy band that first appeared in 1999, recognized as both Greece and Cyprus's very first boy band. The band was formed by leading Cypriot-Greek composer Giorgos Theofanous and Minos EMI A&R Manager Vangelis Yannopoulos. Constantinos Christoforou and Phiippos Constantinos were on board quite early, chosen by Giorgos Theofanous. The next three members were picked up after a selective audition that took place in legendary Athenian Sierra Studio. The selecting committee consisted of Natalia Germanou, Posidonas Yannopoulos, Andreas Kouris, Themis Georgandas, Theofanous and Yannopoulos. Demetres Koutsavlakis, Argyris Nastopoulos and Panos Tserpes were retained among 179 candidates. Christoforou followed a solo career in 2003, and was replaced by another Cypriot singer, Demos Beke. In 2005 the band formally disbanded. In their 6-year existence they enjoyed much commercial success and earned platinum certifications, as well as having staged memorable performances with successful Greek singers at music halls and in concerts.

Natassa Theodoridou, born October 24, 1970 in Thessaloniki, is a well-known Greek singer and the only female Greek artist to have her first three albums achieve platinum status. She has been certified for a total of at least 432 thousand albums and 20 thousand singles sales by IFPI Greece. On 14 March 2010, Alpha TV ranked Theodoridou the 12th best selling female singer in the nation's phonographic era, with a total of ten platinum and three gold albums.
Giorgos (George) Theofanous is a Greek-Cypriot composer and producer. He has sold more than two million records and written more than 500 songs in the 1990s and 2000s. Recording artists for whom he has written and produced for include Nana Mouskouri, George Dalaras. His work has received a total of nine Arion Awards, which was an award show by IFPI Greece. He served as a judge on the four seasons of the Greek edition of The X Factor.
Evridiki Theokleous, known professionally as simply Evridiki, is a Greek Cypriot rock, pop, and electropop singer. She is best known in Europe for representing her home country, Cyprus, in the Eurovision Song Contest in 1992, 1994 and 2007 with the songs Teriazoume, Eimai Anthropos Ki Ego and Comme Ci, Comme Ça, respectively.
Doro Theou is an album by popular Greek artist Katy Garbi, released in 1999 by Sony Music Greece. The album achieved gold status in Greece within a month of its release, and was eventually certified platinum in 2003, selling over 50,000 units. Six of the 13 tracks were composed by Giorgos Theofanous, while other notable composers on the album are Antonis Vardis and Christos Nikolopoulos. Two of the tracks are covers: the first, "Agkyres" is based on song "Iste hendek, iste deve" and the second is "Zileia", is based on Amr Diab's song "Kalast feek kol alkalam".

Kati Apo Mena is the sixth studio album by Greek singer Sakis Rouvas, released on 3 December 1998. The album is largely written by Giorgos Theofanous. This was Rouvas' first album with Minos EMI group and gained success, becoming gold two months after its release.
Mia Nihta Zoriki is an album by popular Greek Laïka singer Paschalis Terzis released on November 3, 2008 by Minos EMI. The album is the follow-up to his 2007 platinum album I Diafora and is composed entirely by Giorgos Theofanous. It was certified gold on its first day of release and debuted on the Greek Albums Chart at number two.
"Theleis I Den Theleis" is a song released by Greek singer Sakis Rouvas in May 1998 by Minos EMI, written by composer Giorgos Theofanous with lyrics by Vangelis Konstantinidis, and produced by Vangelis Yannopoulos. It was released in Greece and Cyprus as a four track CD single. MAD TV ranked it as the best song of 1998.
The first series of the music talent show The X Factor Greece began airing on ANT1 on 4 October 2008 and was won by Loukas Giorkas of Larnaca, Cyprus on 30 January 2009. The show was presented by Sakis Rouvas. It was also broadcast abroad via ANT1's international stations.
The second series of the music talent show The X Factor Greece began airing on ANT1 on 2 October 2009, and was won by Stavros Michalakakos of Limassol (Lemesos), Cyprus on 12 February 2010. The show was presented for a second year by Sakis Rouvas. It was also broadcast abroad via ANT1's international stations. The series featured Eleftheria Eleftheriou and Ivi Adamou who both participated in the Eurovision Song Contest 2012 representing Greece and Cyprus as well as Hovig who represented Cyprus in the Eurovision Song Contest 2017. Also the runner up of the series, Nini Shermadini, was one of the Georgian backing vocalists.
George Levendis, is a Global Television and record executive and is the COO of Acun Medya Global. He is currently focused on expanding the new Sports Reality format EXATHLON internationally for Acun Medya. Previously, from 2011 to 2018 he was Head of International for Syco TV, a joint venture between Simon Cowell and Sony Music Entertainment. In this role he has been responsible for the international expansion of the X Factor & Got Talent as well working on Red or Black, Keep It In The Family, The Investigator & Food Glorious Food. During his tenure at Syco, Got Talent and the X Factor grew rapidly internationally. Got Talent has been produced in over 70 markets and the X Factor was sold to over 56 markets globally. Prior to this he was general manager of the Greek television network ANT1 the number 2 station in the Greek market and the largest Greek satellite station worldwide. Over the last 20 years, he has held Senior Management and International Marketing positions at a number of record companies, including Arista Records, Arista Records U.K., BMG Greece, BMG Australia, Heaven Music, and culminating as Senior Vice President of Sony BMG Global Marketing at the headquarters of Sony BMG in New York City. In this position, he oversaw worldwide campaigns for artists including Beyoncé, Justin Timberlake, Pink, Shakira, Foo Fighters, Kings of Leon, Leona Lewis, Il Divo and Westlife. Under his control, Heaven Music was built into one of Greece's most successful independent music companies. He has been a judge on three seasons (2002-2004) of Fame Story and three seasons (2008-2010) of The X Factor in Greece. In February 2011, he was the winning judge after three consecutive seasons on the Greek version of the singing competition The X Factor.
The 2010–11 Football League is the second division of the Greek professional football system and the first season under the name Football League after previously being known as Beta Ethniki. Its regular season began on 12 September 2010 and ended on 15 May 2011; the promotion play-offs, originally scheduled to take place immediately afterwards, were postponed to late July 2011 in wake of the Koriopolis scandal.
The X Factor Greece is a Greek television reality music competition, based on the original series in the UK, to find new singing talent. The winner of which receives a recording contract with Sony Music Greece is Haris Antoniou. The third series began airing on ANT1 on 1 October 2010 and ended on 11 February 2011. The show was presented by Sakis Rouvas, with Giorgos Lianos and Maria Sinatsaki hosting the audition shows. The competition is split into several stages: auditions, bootcamp, judges' houses and live shows. Auditions took place throughout July and September 2010, with George Levendis, Giorgos Theofanous, Katerina Gagaki and Nikos Mouratidis returning as judges. Following bootcamp, successful acts were split into four categories: Boys, Girls, Over-25s and Groups. The live shows started on 29 October 2010. It is also broadcast abroad via ANT1's international stations.
The X Factor is a Greek and Cypriot television music competition to find new singing talent. The fifth series began airing on Skai TV and Sigma TV on April 27, 2017. Sakis Rouvas returned to present the main show on Skai TV for the fifth time and with Evagelia Aravani returned on Auditions Shows, Bootcamp, Chair Challenge and in Backstage at the Live Shows. Tamta was the only judge from the 4th series to return. Giorgos Mazonakis, Giorgos Papadopoulos and Babis Stokas are the new judges in the series, replacing George Theofanous, Peggy Zina and Thodoris Marantinis.

It is presenting by Despina Vandi and replaced Sakis Rouvas, who left after five series. Aris Makris is presenting the Backstage of Live Shows.
