Nick Steven Oliveri is an American multi-instrumentalist, singer and songwriter from Los Angeles, California. Oliveri is perhaps best known as a former member of Kyuss and later Queens of the Stone Age from 1998 to 2004. Oliveri is also a solo artist and frequent contributor to his friends' albums and tours, including Winnebago Deal, Mark Lanegan Band, Masters of Reality, Turbonegro and Moistboyz, among many others. Oliveri is currently the frontman of his project, Mondo Generator, a punk and metal hybrid that he formed in 1997. He has also worked periodically with the Dwarves since 1993.

Psych is an American detective comedy-drama television series created by Steve Franks and broadcast on USA Network with syndicated reruns on ION Television. The series stars James Roday as Shawn Spencer, a young crime consultant for the Santa Barbara Police Department whose "heightened observational skills" and impressive eidetic memory allow him to convince people that he solves cases with psychic abilities. The program also stars Dulé Hill as Shawn's intelligent best friend and reluctant partner Burton "Gus" Guster, as well as Corbin Bernsen as Shawn's father, Henry, a former officer of the Santa Barbara Police Department.
The Black Angels are an American psychedelic rock band from Austin, Texas. They have released five studio albums and one compilation album. Their name is derived from the Velvet Underground song "The Black Angel's Death Song".
Acrimony was a British heavy metal band who were active during the 1990s. Releasing their debut album in 1994, they are regarded as the pioneers of stoner metal in the United Kingdom, and an important influence upon the scene. Although the band never achieved mainstream success, during their career they received much critical acclaim – they were nominated for the Kerrang! Best Newcomer award and earned top review ratings. Acrimony have maintained a cult following in the British metal scene, their records reportedly selling for vast sums as collectors items. AlMusic described their musical style as "typical mid-'90s stoner rock" that "combined Black Sabbath's heavy metal riffery, Hawkwind's space rock excursions, and Blue Cheer's fuzzed-out psychedelic feedback with extreme doses of volume .... particularly reminiscent of desert metal gods Kyuss."
Terrestrial Tones are Dave Portner of Animal Collective and Eric Copeland of Black Dice. The two were roommates who got together to record when both of their respective main bands went on temporary hiatus in November 2004.

He also wrote the Geto Boys hit "Chuckie". NIP stands for "Nation of Islam is Powerful" he is also a part of The Nation of Islam. Williams is also looked at as one of the creators of the horrorcore rap genre.

Seepage is the second EP by rapper Tech N9ne, and was released on October 25, 2010.
The EP consists of five tracks that were written recently after Tech witnessed Krizz Kaliko's breakdown after receiving bad news, and soon after, receiving news that his mother was back in the psych ward. The beats that appear on the EP were purchased by the artist intended for his studio album K.O.D. but went unused during the sessions. The EP, just like K.O.D. and the Lost Scripts, is broken up into 3 sections: "Anger", "Madness" and "The Hole". When the instrumentals used in Seepage were slated for the K.O.D album, Tech N9ne intended for the track titled 'Alucard' to feature Immortal Technique on a track called 'Every Man For Himself.' Necro revealed on Twitter that Tech reached out to him for the track 'Asshole' but wasn't able to send out his verse on time.
The EP sold 7,361 copies first week, of which 68% were digital. Seepage debuted at number 57 on the Billboard 200 and number 5 on the Independent Albums charts in the US. The songs' title track featuring Tonesha Sanders peaked at #49 on the R&B/Hip-Hop Digital Songs chart and #35 on the Rao Digital Songs chart.
Hung at Heart is the third studio album by the Southern California surf rock band The Growlers, released on 22 January 2013 by Everloving Records. The album garnered generally positive reviews from critics, with Alejandro Rubio of Filter describing it as "a sketchy Tijuana pharmacy that’s got a little “something” for everybody." The album was originally going to be produced by The Black Keys lead singer and guitarist Dan Auerbach, but due to the band's dissatisfaction with the final product, it was self-produced.
