Costello Music is the debut album by Scottish indie rock band The Fratellis. It was released on 11 September 2006 on Fallout Records and Drop the Gun Recordings and on 13 March 2007 on Cherrytree Records in the US. and was a success, peaking at number 2 on the UK Albums Chart and spent 83 weeks in the Top 100. It debuted behind FutureSex/LoveSounds by Justin Timberlake and stayed in the No. 2 position for two more weeks, this time behind Ta-Dah by Scissor Sisters. The album had five single releases, as well as the download-only EP Flathead. "Chelsea Dagger" was the most successful single, peaking at No. 5 in the UK and No. 4 in the Netherlands, but the other singles failed to chart in most countries.

Hot Zex is a shoegaze band from Novosibirsk, Russia. Original name of the band was Hot Zecks but it was shortened later. Their first recordings are from 1995 and they are still actively creating music. The band consists of Vladimir Komarov on vocals and guitar, Anton Zenkov on bass and Konstantin Nikonov on drums. Komarov is the leader and songwriter of Hot Zex. They have released three full-length albums and their songs are featured on numerous compilations. Komarov and Nikonov are also well known as a full-time members of famous Russian electro-rock band Punk TV.

CCCP Fedeli alla Linea [] were an Italian band formed in 1982 in Berlin by vocalist Giovanni Lindo Ferretti and guitarist Massimo Zamboni. The band's style was self-defined by the members themselves as "Musica Melodica Emiliana—Punk Filosovietico"

It was first released on vinyl by Attack Punk Records, and then re-released on CD by Virgin Records along with the Ortodossia II EP. Its title comes from the first verse of the 1960 ballad "Per i Morti di Reggio Emilia" by Italian composer Fausto Amodei, which is dedicated to the demonstrators killed by the police during a protest against the Tambroni government.
