Constitution Square is a three-tower office complex, located in downtown Ottawa, Ontario, at 340, 350 and 360 Albert Street. It is home to a variety of businesses, organizations and embassies. The three towers were developed by real estate developer and owner Oxford Properties Group. The towers were sold in 2017 for $480M to Greystone Managed Investments, Canderel and Canstone Realty Advisorys. [1] The 1,058,046 square foot complex, located in the heart of the capital city's downtown core, is close to Ottawa's Parliament Hill and key federal buildings, and is a neighbour to the city's prominent financial and high tech industries. It is also home to the Liberal Party of Canada headquarters.
Oxford completed the first tower, consisting of 18 floors, in 1986, while tower two was completed in 1992 with 21 floors. In July 2005, it was announced that a third tower with 19 floors would be added to the complex, and tower three opened less than two years later, within the original budget. [2]

The C.D. Howe Building is an office tower in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, that is the home of Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada, the Office of the Auditor General and other smaller tenants. It was built by Olympia and York. The federal government sold the land to O&Y for a dollar and signed an agreement to lease the final building for a set rate until 2012. The eleven-story building was opened in 1978.

It is named after Lester B. Pearson, former Prime Minister of Canada and external affairs minister which has earned it the nickname "Fort Pearson".

Place de Ville is a complex of office towers in downtown Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. It consists of four office buildings: Place de Ville A, B, and C; and the 'Podium' building, which houses a shuttered "piggy-back" cinema enveloped with functional office space. The complex also has two large hotels, the Delta Ottawa City Centre and Ottawa Marriott Hotel. The buildings are linked by an underground shopping complex. Place de Ville C is the tallest office building in Ottawa. It was once advertised as "Ottawa's glittering answer to the Toronto Dominion Centre and Place Ville Marie".
Albuquerque Plaza, also known as WaFd Bank Building, is a 107 m (351 ft) high-rise building or skyscraper on the south side of Civic Plaza 201 Third Street NW, in Downtown Albuquerque, New Mexico. It is the taller of a two tower complex that contains class-A office space connected at ground level by a two-story promenade containing retail space connecting to the shorter Hyatt Regency Albuquerque hotel tower. At 22 stories, it is the tallest building in New Mexico. The hotel tower, with 20 stories, is the state's second tallest building at 78.03 m (256.0 ft). Their similar height, color, and pyramidal roofs make them the focal point of the Albuquerque skyline.

Two distinct design concepts can be seen. The façades of CenturyLink Tower, the parking structure and Hilton Suites are colored in the late 1980s design trend of combining the pastel hues of “dusty rose” with turquoise. Phoenix Plaza Towers One and Two are sleek, modern, highly polished and complement the desert inspired buildings, which share their site. The architect for the buildings was Langdon Wilson and Phoenix Plaza was developed by the Koll Company and BetaWest Properties, Inc.
San Felipe Plaza is a 46-story tower west of the Uptown Houston district in Houston, Texas, United States.
