Cri-Cri is a Mexican fictional character, an anthropomorphic cricket, created by Francisco Gabilondo Soler in 1934 while broadcasting his own musical radio show on Mexico's station XEW. [1]
Cri-Cri is known as the “grillito cantor” or “the singing cricket.” He was created by Gabilondo Soler in his childhood and may even be considered “his inner personality.” [2]
The character became so famous and gave its author such renown that it became a second name for Gabilondo. [3] In the mid part of the 20th century, he became one of the most prominent children's singers in Spanish.
Disney offered to animate one of Cri-Cri's most popular songs "Cochinitos Dormilones" (Sleepy Piggies), [4] and incorporated aspects of his own Three Little Pigs short into it. [5] Walt Disney's character of Jiminy Cricket may have been inspired by the famous Mexican character. [6]
The character is the brand ambassador for Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria. [7]
Alfonso Reyes Ochoa was a Mexican writer, philosopher and diplomat. He was nominated for the Nobel Prize in Literature five times and has been acclaimed as one of the greatest authors in Spanish language. He served as ambassador of Mexico to Argentina and Brazil.
XEW-AM is a radio station in Mexico City, Mexico, broadcasting on the AM frequency of 900 kHz; it is branded as W Radio. XEW-AM serves as the originating station for other "W Radio" stations around Mexico that carry some of its programs. The programming on XEW-AM is also simulcast on Mexico City FM radio station 96.9 XEW-FM.
Francisco Gabilondo Soler was a Mexican composer and performer of children's songs. He recorded and performed those songs under the name of Cri-Cri: El Grillito Cantor.

Xavier López Rodríguez, known professionally as Chabelo, was a Mexican actor, comedian, television presenter and children's music singer. In addition to his television career, Chabelo appeared in more than thirty motion pictures and recorded more than thirty musical albums. He produced shows including La Cuchufleta, La Güereja Quiere Más and En Familia con Chabelo, the latter of which was broadcast every Sunday morning on Televisa's Canal de las Estrellas. It aired for 47 years and consisted of contests with people from the audience, gifts and games and was mainly for children. The program ended on 20 December 2015. At the time of his death, he was one of the last surviving stars from the Golden Age of Mexican cinema.
Amparo Arozamena was a Mexican actress of film and television, best known for her character roles in the 1960s. During the same decade, she became most noted for her role of "Doña Chole" in the Telesistema Mexicano sitcom Los Beverly de Peralvillo (1968–1973). Arozamena had been acting since her early teens and had her first feature film released at the age of thirteen.

Outside of football commentary, he covers other sports as well. Cantor has dual citizenship with Argentina and the United States.

La Travesia World Tour is the world tour by the Dominican superstar Juan Luis Guerra Tour promote his 10th studio album La Llave de Mi Corazón. It was his longest tour at the time and consisted in six legs, 54 shows and visited United States, Latin America, Europe and Asia, where his made his debut in Japan. Also, it was his biggest international tour in more than a decade, marking his first time in many years that he performed in countries such as Ecuador, Paraguay and Costa Rica since the Bachata Rosa World Tour (1991-92). The tour kick off on July 12, 2008, and ended on December 5, 2009, in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
