DB9 is a super-yacht launched on 13 July 2010 [1] [2] at the Palmer Johnson shipyard in the United Kingdom and delivered the following year. The interior and exterior design of DB9 were created by Nuvolari & Lenard.

DB9 has two sisterships, the first named Bliss. [3] [4] A second sistership named Sanam , built in Florida, was delivered in July 2016. [5] [6]

Design

The length of the yacht is 52.2 m (171 ft) and the beam is 9.5 m (31 ft). The draught of DB9 is 2.44 m (8.0 ft). Both the materials of the hull and the superstructure are made out of Aluminium with teak laid decks. The yacht is Lloyd's registered, issued by Cayman Islands.

Engines

The main engines are two MTU 16V 4000 M93L . Which propel DB9 to a maximum speed of 28 knots (52 km/h).

<i>A</i> (motor yacht) Superyacht

Motor Yacht A is a superyacht designed by Philippe Starck and engineered by naval architect Martin Francis. It was built by the Blohm + Voss shipyard at the HDW deepwater facility in Kiel. It was ordered in November 2004, and delivered in 2008 at a rumoured cost of US$300 million. With a length of 119 metres (390 ft) and measuring almost 6,000 tonnes, it is one of the largest motor yachts in the world. It is owned by Russian entrepreneur and industrialist Andrey Melnichenko. To avoid seizure by EU authorities, the yacht has been laid up in the United Arab Emirates since 2022.

<i>Nero</i> (yacht)

Nero is a luxury superyacht, measuring 90.1 metres (296 ft) in length. She was commissioned by Neil Taylor and built in 2007 by Corsair Yachts at Yantai Raffles Shipyard in China.

M/Y A+, previously named Topaz, is a luxury motor yacht constructed by Lürssen in Bremen, Germany.

<i>Azzam</i> (2013 yacht) Private superyacht

Azzam is a private superyacht built by German shipyard Lürssen Yachts. Azzam was launched on 5 April 2013. At 180 metres (590 ft) in length, she is the longest private motor yacht in the world. She has a beam of 20.8 metres (68 ft) and an unusually shallow draft of 4.3 m. The yacht was delivered on 9 September 2013.

<i>Royal Romance</i> (yacht)

MY Royal Romance is a 92-metre luxury yacht, built by Feadship as hull #1005 and designed by De Voogt Naval Architects. Her interior design is done by Seymour Diamond. She is powered by twin MTU 3,004 hp diesel engines. One of her exterior features includes a swimming pool located on the main aft deck. Royal Romance accommodates 14 guests and 22 crew members. She was delivered to her owner, the Ukrainian oligarch Viktor Medvedchuk, in July 2015 and subsequently sold on 31.03.2021. Royal Romance is not available for charter.

<i>I Dynasty</i>

I Dynasty is a superyacht launched on 5 November 2014 at the German Kusch Yachts shipyard and delivered in the year 2015. She was built as Project V853. I Dynasty is built under project management of Vega Yachts, and is designed by The A Group, while Studio Massari is responsible for her interior.

<i>Savannah</i> (yacht)

Savannah is a super-yacht built in 2015 at the Dutch Feadship yard in Aalsmeer.

<i>Bliss</i> (yacht)

Bliss is a super-yacht launched on 5 May 2014 at the Palmer Johnson shipyard in Sturgeon Bay and delivered the next year. The interior and exterior design of Bliss were done by Nuvolari & Lenard. She is currently available for sale.

Khalilah is a super-yacht launched on the 25th of July 2014 at the Palmer Johnson shipyard in the United States and delivered later that year. The composite hull was built in Norway by Brødrene Aa. Both the interior and exterior design of Khalilah were done by an in house team of Palmer Johnson. A sistership is currently under construction.

<i>Dilbar</i> (yacht) Super-yacht

Dilbar is a super-yacht launched on 14 November 2015 at the German Lürssen shipyard and delivered in 2016. She was built as Project Omar. The interior design of Dilbar was designed by Andrew Winch and the exterior by Espen Oeino.

Sanam is a super-yacht launched 2015 at the Palmer Johnson shipyard in Sturgeon Bay and delivered the next year. She is currently not available for charter.

<i>Tranquility</i> (yacht)

Tranquility, previously known as Equanimity, is a 91.50 m (300.2 ft) superyacht launched at the Oceanco yard in Alblasserdam, with Oceanco responsible for the exterior design, while Winch Design worked on the interior. The yacht was allegedly purchased by Malaysian financier Jho Low using money stolen from the Malaysian sovereign wealth fund 1MDB. It was seized by the Malaysian authorities in 2018, judicially sold to the Genting Group in early 2019, and renamed Tranquility.

<i>Lady M</i> (yacht)

Lady M is a super-yacht launched on 13 May 2013 at the American Palmer Johnson shipyard in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin and delivered later that year. She was built as Project Stimulus. The interior and exterior design of Lady M were done by Nuvolari & Lenard. She is currently not for charter.
