DAGEN (commonly written Dagen) was a Danish newspaper which published for only 41 issues, from 22 October 2002 to 6 December 2002. DAGEN was the first new newspaper in almost 50 years in Denmark.
On 6 December 2002, Dagen had a debt of 34.9 million DKK, and bankruptcy was declared on 13 December 2002.[ citation needed ]
Peter Linck was the creator of the newspaper, and the editor was Kresten Schultz Jørgensen.
The newspaper had more media coverage than it itself was able to cover about its bankruptcy. The coverage from other media was intense. Many used the newspaper's own mottos for jokes about its bankruptcy, a famous one was "til folk som kan læse, fra folk som ikke kan regne" [1] (Danish: "for people who can read, from people who can't count") as a reference to the overwhelming bankruptcy it suffered.
DAGEN had a few mottos, in order to draw distance from other current newspapers.

Kim Mellius Flyvholm Larsen was a Danish singer, songwriter, author, and guitarist. He began his musical career in 1968 after a brief period as an elementary school teacher and became known from 1969 as a member of the rock group Gasolin. During his time with Gasolin, Larsen also released solo albums and records with his leisure band, which went by several names. After the disbandment of Gasolin, Larsen continued as a solo artist and band leader.
Parliamentary elections were held in Norway on 7 and 8 September 1969. Although the Labour Party remained the largest party, winning 74 of the 150 seats, the coalition of right-of-centre parties won 76 seats and retained power. The closeness of the result and fears of the two blocs winning an equal number of seats led to the number of seats being increased to an odd number for the next elections.

Boldklubben Fremad Amager is a Danish professional football club based in the district of Amager Vest, Copenhagen. As of the 2024–25 season, the club's senior men's team play in 2nd Division, the third tier in the Danish football league system. The club have primarily played their home games at Sundby Idrætspark since the stadium's inauguration in 1922.

MGP Junior is a Danish song contest for children aged 8 to 15. It originated in 2000 as a spin-off of Dansk Melodi Grand Prix, before coming the national selection for the now-extinct MGP Nordic in 2002 and from 2006 to 2009. De Gyldne Laurbær is a Danish literature award, which was established in 1949. The award is handed by The Committee De Gyldne Laurbær, formerly Boghandlerklubben. The prize is given annually in February or March. Originally the award was a laurel wreath, a golden pin with an inscription, some money and a book gift worth 2500 DKK. Today the award is a laurel wreathe, a diploma and a book gift worth 2500 DKK. The award is handed at a ceremony arranged by the publishing house which has published the winning book and by the Committee De Gyldne Laurbær. Early in January every year the committee sends out ballot to all the Danish bookshops, which then give their vote for a Danish book which was published the year before. An author can only win The Golden Laurel once-in-a-lifetime, so the bookshops can not vote for an author who has already won the prize once before. The winner is usually one of the bestsellers among the Danish books. On the day when it is decided who wins the Golden Laurel, the president of the Committee of The Golden Laurel informs the winner about the award, while journalists follow the event.

Formed by Pernille Vermund and Peter Seier Christensen in 2015, it first entered the Folketing in 2019 with four seats and again in 2022 with six. Formerly, in 2016-2021 he was the first national chairman of Nye Borgerlige's youth wing. Growing up near Juelsminde in Jutland, Bjørn has since 2022 lived in Nyborg on Funen.
