Dalila Rodriguez Hernandez (born 1 August 1988) is a Cuban female track cyclist, and part of the national team. She competed in the omnium and individual pursuit event at the 2009 UCI Track Cycling World Championships and in the points race and individual pursuit event at the 2010 UCI Track Cycling World Championships. The UCI Track Cycling World Championships are the set of world championship events for the various disciplines and distances in track cycling. They are regulated by the Union Cycliste Internationale. Before 1900, they were administered by the UCI's predecessor, the International Cycling Association (ICA).

She was a member of the Australian track cycling team pursuit team that finished in fourth place at the 2012 Summer Olympics. Hoskins announced her retirement from professional cycling on 2 May 2017.
