David William Blair (born 14 July 1985) [1] is a Scottish former rugby union player who played Stand Off and played for Sale Sharks from 2003 to 2007 and then Edinburgh Gunners in the Magners League from 2007 to 2011. Blair was captain and the highest points scorer for Scotland Under 21 in the team's history He is the younger brother of Scotland captain Mike Blair who also plays for Edinburgh, as did a third brother Alex. [2] David Blair started at Sale Sharks and then moved to Edinburgh to join up with his brother. David has also represented Scotland A team on several occasions.[ citation needed ]

An injury to Phil Godman in September 2010 made him the first choice standoff for Edinburgh.[ citation needed ] He started with a man of the match performance to beat Leinster.[ citation needed ]

Darlington Mowden Park is a professional rugby union club, based in Darlington, County Durham, England. They currently compete in National League 1, the third division of the Rugby Football Union domestic league competition pyramid, having achieved promotion on 3 May 2014, after defeating Ampthill in the 2013–14 play-off. The club's former name, Darlington Grammar School Old Boys, was changed when they moved to Yiewsley Drive, which was located in Mowden. They relocated to The Darlington Arena, a 25,000 all-seater stadium in Darlington, purchasing the previously-vacated ground for £2 million; Yiewsley Drive had previously been sold to a housing estate company, and the Arena was previously owned by Darlington Football Club.
