David Da-i Ho is a Taiwanese-American medical doctor and HIV/AIDS researcher who was born in Taiwan and has made many innovative state of the art scientific contributions to the understanding and technological treatment of HIV infection. He is the scientific director and chief executive officer of the Aaron Diamond AIDS Research Center and the Irene Diamond Professor at Rockefeller University in New York City.

David Ho Ting-kwok is a Vancouver based entrepreneur originally from Hong Kong. He founded the now defunct Harmony Airways, and owns the University Golf Club. He has a minority interest in MCL Motors. In 2005 he was named the Businessman of the Year by the Vancouver Junior Board of Trade. Ho is a former member of the Vancouver Police Board.

David Ho is an American scientist who works at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. He is known for his work on air-sea gas transfer, mangrove carbon cycling, and tracer oceanography. He also created the Bamboo Bike Project, with John Mutter in 2006, which has spurred growth in the number of groups and companies creating bamboo bicycles around the world.
