David Winn (born July 31, 1966) is an American animator, writer and voice actor who works in several animation projects.
David Winn has worked as an animator in the series Happy Tree Friends , The Fairly OddParents , LeapFrog , House of Mouse and many other animated shows and video games.
He also directed the animated short film Fleeced which was shown at numerous animation film festivals including the Annecy International Animation Festival.
Winn also replaced Rhode Montijo as the voices of Lumpy the Moose and Splendid the Flying Squirrel in Happy Tree Friends in 2004.

Happy Tree Friends is an adult animated web series created by Aubrey Ankrum, Rhode Montijo, and Kenn Navarro, and developed by Montijo, Navarro, and Warren Graff for Mondo Media. Lone Sausage is an independent production company that produces short animated films. The company was founded in 1998 by Breehn Burns and Jason Johnson. Their most popular production is the absurdist miniseries entitled Dr. Tran. Lone Sausage's cartoons are distributed primarily via the web through an association with Mondo Mini Shows. The shorts were released to DVD in 2006 and are frequently shown at touring festivals such as Spike and Mike's Sick and Twisted Festival of Animation. Curucuru and Friends is a 2006 stop-motion animated series animated by Ffango Entertoyment, primarily aimed for preschoolers. It is officially Ffango's first original stop motion animated series, directed by Jung Hye-On and written by both Yi Jeong-Geun and Jang Eun-Ju with character designs by Jin Hyo-Jung.
YooHoo & Friends is an animated series, produced by Toonzone Studios and is loosely based on the Korean children's toyline of the same name by Aurora World. Created by David Feiss, the series both serves as a gag dub and retelling of the original 2009 South Korean animated series based on the YooHoo and Friends franchise, with changes being made in order for western audiences to relate to the series more. The series follows a group of corrupt corporate executives who are turned into the eponymous animal gang by Father Time who tasks them to go around the world and fix all of the environmental disasters that they caused. The series debuted on January 8, 2012, airing in Latin America on Cartoon Network, in the UK on Pop and in Australia on ABC.
