In Extremo is a German Medieval metal band originating from Berlin. The band's musical style combines metal with Medieval traditional songs, blending the sound of the standard rock/metal instruments with historical instruments. Versions of well-known traditional/Medieval ballads make up the main part of their repertoire, but the band has written an increasing share of original material in recent years. Their own material is written in German, whilst the traditional songs and cover songs are in a variety of languages.

Letzte Instanz is a German violin-rock band, founded in Dresden, Germany, in 1996, particularly noted for their use of the violin and cello. The founding members included Hörbi, Tin Whistle, Muttis Stolz, Kaspar Wichman, Holly D. and Markus G-Punkt. Benni Cellini and Robin Sohn entered the group a year later. To date, they have released eleven studio albums, two live albums, two live DVDs, three singles and have appeared on a number of mix CDs.
Unheilig is a German band that draws from a variety of influences, including various pop and electronic styles as well as heavier, nihilistic hard rock. The band was founded in Aachen in 1999 and principally consisted of singer Bernd Heinrich "Der Graf" along with various musical partners. He was accompanied for live shows with musicians Christoph "Licky" Termühlen, Henning Verlage, and Martin "Potti" Potthoff. The group's debut, Phosphor, came out in 2000.
Elis was a gothic metal band from Liechtenstein, formed by Sabine Dünser and Pete Streit in 2003 after the split of Erben der Schöpfung in 2002. The band temporarily split up in February 2012 after lead singer Simone Christinat's departure. However, a month later, the band began doing a search for Christinat's replacement and the search was successful. Elis has since "disbanded" in order to form a new group called Zirkonium, with Swiss singer Kathrin Schlumpf as their lead vocalist.
Der letzte Walzer is a Viennese operetta in three acts, with music by Oscar Straus, to a libretto by Julius Brammer and Alfred Grünwald. It opened at the Berliner Theater in Berlin on 12 February 1920 and starred Fritzi Massary. It was first given in Vienna at the Theater an der Wien on 5 October 1923, with Betty Fischer, Max Hansen, and Richard Tauber in leading roles.
Schrei ("Scream") is the debut studio album by German pop rock band Tokio Hotel. In 2006 they released a partly re-recorded and expanded version, Schrei (so laut du kannst) ("Scream (as loud as you can)"). The album was only released in Germany, Italy, France, Canada, and Japan. The initial limited edition came with a bonus DVD including the music video for "Durch den Monsun", a special "making of 'Durch den Monsun'" feature, an interview, and a photo gallery.
Vaya Con Tioz is the seventh live album and sixth concert film by German rock band Böhse Onkelz. The festival film was recorded during their farewell show "Vaya Con Tioz" from 17 to 18 June 2005 at the Eurospeedway Lausitz, Germany. According to the band, it was the biggest solo rock event of a German rock band. Along with the four DVDs comes a book with many pictures and reports from the concert.

"Der letzte Tag" is the fourth single released from German alternative rock band Tokio Hotel's debut studio album, Schrei (2005). The single version involved a re-recording because singer Bill Kaulitz's voice broke after the release of the album. The re-recording, along with a new song called "Wir schliessen uns ein" and a B-side, "Frei im freien fall", appear on part one of this single and on some copies of the re-released and expanded Schrei album Schrei - so laut du kannst. The song was later translated into English for their Scream album, re-titled "Final Day". It was not released as an English single.
"Sonnenbank Flavour" is a song by German rapper Bushido and the second single from his album Von der Skyline zum Bordstein zurück. It uses a sample from the song "Epitaph" by the British rock band Antimatter. In 2007, the song's music video was nominated for the Echo Music Award in the category Best Video, but lost to "Der letzte Tag" by Tokio Hotel.

It was released as the band's second single on March 1, 2004, reaching number nine on the German Singles Chart and the top thirty in Austria and Switzerland.
