Pembroke is a small city in Bryan County, Georgia, United States. The population was 2,196 at the 2010 census. The city is the county seat of Bryan County. Pembroke is located approximately 35 miles west of Savannah, GA, and approximately 20 miles south of Statesboro, GA.

The 428 area code will overlay the 506 on November 21, 2020, and will ease the province from the burden & expense of changing numbers.
