Saadiyat Island is a tourism-cultural project for nature and Emirati heritage and culture. The project, under development, consists of a large, low-lying island, 500 metres (1,600 ft) off the coast of Abu Dhabi island, UAE. A mixed commercial, residential, and leisure project is currently under construction on the island, expected to be completed in 2020. Saadiyat Island is expected to become Abu Dhabi's cultural centre, mostly for the Island’s Cultural District that is expected to include eight museums.
Al Lulu Island Arabic: جزيرة اللؤلؤ is a 1,050-acre (4.2 km2) man-made island off the coast of Abu Dhabi island, the capital of the United Arab Emirates. It stretches from the Abu Dhabi Breakwater to the Zayed Sea Port.
The Shams Abu Dhabi project will be developed on Reem Island in Abu Dhabi by Sorouh Real Estate and occupy approximately 25% of the island. It will occupy 1.32 million square meters of which, 90% will be dedicated to residential buildings and has a potential of developing 22,000 residential units which will house around 100,000 people whereas the rest will be available for commercial use and recreational facilities.
Sky Tower Abu Dhabi is a 292-metre tall skyscraper with 74 floors in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. It is located on Al Reem Island and includes office and residential space. Construction was completed in 2010 when it was the city's largest building but has been overtaken by The Landmark since, see also Abu Dhabi skyscrapers.
The Yas Marina Circuit is the venue for the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. The circuit was designed by Hermann Tilke, and is situated on Yas Island, about 30 minutes from the capital of the UAE, Abu Dhabi. Yas Marina is the second Formula One track in the Middle East, with the first being in Bahrain. A two-day GP2 Asia Series test was held to officially open the circuit, which was held a week before the 2009 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. It also hosted the opening event for the Australian V8 Supercars series, the Yas V8 400, in February 2010. Outside motorsport the circuit was used for the final stage of the inaugural Abu Dhabi Tour cycle race in 2015. The circuit has FIA Grade 1 license.
The Louvre Abu Dhabi is an art and civilization museum, located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The museum was inaugurated on 8 November 2017 by French President Emmanuel Macron and United Arab Emirates Vice President Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The museum is part of a thirty-year agreement between the city of Abu Dhabi and the French government. The museum is located on the Saadiyat Island Cultural District. It is approximately 24,000 square metres (260,000 sq ft) in size, with 8,000 square metres (86,000 sq ft) of galleries, making it the largest art museum in the Arabian peninsula. The final cost of the construction is expected to be about €600 million. In addition, US$525 million was paid by Abu Dhabi to be associated with the Louvre name, and an additional US$747 million will be paid in exchange for art loans, special exhibitions and management advice.
The World Trade Center Abu Dhabi is a complex of three skyscrapers, one of which is “supertall”, in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Construction of these towers was scheduled to end in 2010, though the 2009 financial crisis pushed the project completion date in 2014. The complex includes two malls, and one Courtyard by Marriott hotel.
The Guggenheim Abu Dhabi is a planned art museum, to be located in Abu Dhabi, UAE. On July 8, 2006, the city of Abu Dhabi, capital of the United Arab Emirates, announced it had signed an agreement with the Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation in New York City to build a 30,000-square-metre (320,000 sq ft) Guggenheim Museum on Saadiyat Island. Upon completion, it is planned to be the largest of the Guggenheim museums. Architect Frank Gehry designed the building. Work on the site began in 2011 but was soon suspended. As of 2018, no completion date is available, and construction is still suspended. The museum collection is planned to reflect Islamic and middle-eastern culture.

Zayed National Museum is a planned museum, to be located in Abu Dhabi, UAE. It is designed as a memorial to the late Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the founding president of the UAE. The museum is planned to be the centrepiece of the Saadiyat Island Cultural District and will showcase the history, culture, and economic transformation of the Emirates.
Al Maryah Island is located northeast of Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates. It is named for the Arabian oryx, a large number of which once inhabited the surrounding area.

Tameer Commercial Tower is an office skyscraper that began construction in 2009, developed by Sorouh Real Estate. The tower is the tallest between a complex conjoined between four other buildings in a major building project called the Tameer Towers, owned by the Tameer corporation. The Tameer Towers are located in a section of the city Abu Dhabi called Al Reem Island, which is a new development area for the city. The commercial building itself is considered the "crown jewel" of the complex by the Tameer corporation and is designated an office high-rise with an architectural style of futurism.

Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi is an indoor amusement park in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, owned and developed by Miral Asset Management at an expected cost of $1 billion. The park features characters from Warner Bros's franchises, such as Looney Tunes, DC Comics, Hanna-Barbera, and others. The park is located on Yas Island near Ferrari World and Yas Waterpark, and is the third Warner Bros.'s theme park. An adjoining hotel is also being built at the center of Yas Island. The park contains 29 rides, restaurants, attractions, shops and shows.
