Ervin's Rest (also known as the Louis Dargan Ervin House) is a historic site in American Beach, Florida. It is located at 5448 Gregg Street. On April 23, 1998, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.
Camp Helen State Park is a Florida State Park and historic site located west of Panama City Beach, in northwestern Florida. The park is south of U.S. 98, and bounded by the Gulf of Mexico and Lake Powell. The park was added to the National Register of Historic Places on May 24, 2012.
Indian Key Historic State Park is an island within the Florida State Park system, located just a few hundred yards southeast of U.S. 1 within the Florida Keys. The building is listed a National Historic Landmark. It now houses the Henry Morrison Flagler Museum, named after its builder.
Bulow Plantation Ruins Historic State Park is a Florida State Park in Flagler Beach, Florida. It is three miles west of Flagler Beach on CR 2001, south of SR 100, and contains the ruins of an ante-bellum plantation and its sugar mill, built of coquina, a fossiliferous sedimentary rock composed of shells. It was the largest plantation in East Florida, and was operated with the forced labor of enslaved Africans and African Americans.

American Beach is a historic beach community in northeastern Florida popular with American vacationers. It is located north of Jacksonville on Amelia Island in Nassau County. During the time of segregation and the Jim Crow era, African Americans were not allowed to swim at most beaches in Jacksonville, and several black-only areas were created. American Beach was the largest and most popular, and was a community established by Abraham Lincoln Lewis, Florida's first black millionaire and president of the Afro-American Life Insurance Company. It contains American Beach Historic District, a historic district which was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2002.

In 1934 it was designed as one of America's 225 architectural "Main Street" treasures of the S. H. Kress & Co. "five and dime" department store chain. On July 7, 1983, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.
