Evolution is a weekly radio show hosted by Markus Schulz on the Sirius XM Radio network. The show began in June 2008 and features two 1 hour continuous mixes. Evolution originally aired exclusively on Sirius Satellite Radio channel Area 38. However, since the merger between Sirius and XM Satellite Radio was finalised, listeners can also find Evolution on XM channel 80.

Markus Schulz German musician

Markus Schulz is a German-American DJ and music producer based in Miami, Florida. Best known for his weekly radio show titled "Global DJ Broadcast" that airs on Digitally Imported radio, After Hours FM and other online stations, Schulz is also the founder of the label Coldharbour Recordings and Schulz Music Group (SMG), an artist management company that manages rising stars in the industry including Nifra, Fisherman & Hawkins, Mr. Pit, Grube and Hovsepian and Adina Butar. In September 2012, Schulz was crowned America's Number 1 DJ by DJ Times.

Sirius Satellite Radio was a satellite radio (SDARS) and online radio service operating in North America, owned by Sirius XM Holdings.

XM Satellite Radio company

XM Satellite Radio (XM) was one of the three satellite radio (SDARS) and online radio services in the United States and Canada, operated by Sirius XM Holdings. It provided pay-for-service radio, analogous to cable television. Its service included 73 different music channels, 39 news, sports, talk and entertainment channels, 21 regional traffic and weather channels and 23 play-by-play sports channels. XM channels were identified by Arbitron with the label "XM".

The Director of Programming on SiriusXM NHL Network Radio is Peter Berce, while daily on-air contributors includes Scott Laughlin, Jim "Boomer" Gordon, Steve Kouleas, Mike Johnson, Patrick O'Sullivan, Mick Kern, Nick Alberga, Michelle Sturino, Jake Hahn, Tyler Madarasz, Gord Stellick and Rob Simpson. Former contributors include Jamie Shalley, Mike Ross and Gary Green.

Sirius XM Indie, formerly known as Maxim Radio and Stars Too, is a talk channel heard on the Sirius and XM satellite radio platforms. The channel is a spin-off of its sister station Sirius XM Stars.

Radio Classics

Radio Classics is a US old time radio network owned by RSPT LLC. It provides the programming content for Sirius XM Radio's 24-hour satellite radio channel of the same name. Radio Classics also syndicates the Radio Spirits-branded program When Radio Was to over 200 terrestrial radio stations. In addition, Radio Classics has a monthly online subscription service, providing subscribers with unlimited streaming and twenty hours per month of downloads of old time radio shows that have appeared on past When Radio Was, Radio Super Heroes, Radio Movie Classics, or Radio Hall of Fame installments.

SiriusXM Chill SiriusXM radio station

Sirius XM Chill, is an electronica radio station, one of four Dance/Electronic music satellite channels operated by Sirius XM Radio, broadcasting on Sirius Satellite Radio channel 53, XM Satellite Radio channel 53 and Dish Network channel 6053. Until February 9, 2010, it was heard on DirecTV channel 857. The channel plays groove-based downtempo or "chillout music" and mellow tracks from alternative artists such as Coldplay, Cat Power and Radiohead. The station does not have any DJs. On November 12, 2008, the channel became Sirius XM Chill and merged with the XM version. On May 5, 2011, chill can now be heard on channel 53 for both services and Dish Network 6053.

80s on 8 radio station

'80s on 8 is a commercial-free, satellite radio station on Sirius XM Radio channel 8 and also Dish Network 6008. As a result of the Sirius/XM merger on November 12, 2008, the channel was merged with the Big '80s channel on Sirius 8, and took its current name. The channel plays hit music from the 1980s.

Big 80s

Big '80s was an all 1980s music channel on Sirius Satellite Radio channel 8 and Dish Network channel 6008. It was replaced by XM's The 80s on 8 on November 12, 2008, as part of the Sirius XM Merger. It featured all four living original MTV VJs who are now on The 80s on 8 channel. Big '80s was SIRIUS's highest rated music channel during its early days. Nina Blackwood's countdown show was dropped and replaced by AT40 Flashback when Sirius XM replaced this channel with '80s on 8. However due to subscriber demand, Sirius/XM overhauled many of the channels absorbed by the XM line-up due to subscriber feedback. 80s on 8 was one of those channels, resulting in the return of Nina Blackwood's countdown in October 2009, and the Big '80s name has returned as the slogan for '80s on 8. However, this version includes the other VJs and is named the "VJ big 40 countdown". By 2010, the schedule had returned to that of the Big '80s.

Diplo's Revolution is a global-centric electronic dance music satellite channel operated by Sirius XM Radio, broadcasting on Sirius Satellite Radio channel 52, XM Satellite Radio channel 52 and Dish Network channel 6052.

The Move was one of ten Dance/Electronic music Commercial-free satellite channels operated by Sirius XM Radio, which in turn operated as part of XM Satellite Radio's five Dance/Electronic formatted offerings, broadcasting on channel 80.

The channel features exclusive hosts such as Cam & Company from NRANews, David Webb, and Andrew Wilkow. It also features popular syndicated programs including Sean Hannity and Mark Levin.
