Potowomut is an isolated neighborhood and a peninsula in Warwick, Rhode Island. It is bordered by the Town of East Greenwich to the northwest, and by North Kingstown to the southeast. Greenwich Bay surrounds all other sides.
Montrose is an unincorporated community on the border between Bath Township, Copley Township, and the city of Fairlawn in Summit County, Ohio, United States. It is an area of restaurants, stores, and businesses located along a stretch of State Route 18 near Interstate 77. The community is served by the Fairlawn (44333) post office. It is included in the Montrose-Ghent census-designated place. It had been a quiet hamlet for much of its history, with such establishments as a drive-in theater, golf courses, and a church. Hope educates students in grades nine through twelve from both Bristol and Warren, Rhode Island, and is operated by the Bristol Warren Regional School District. Mt. Hope High School's seal contains a shield depicting two books and a torch to signify scholarship and an anchor, which is the symbol on the Rhode Island state flag. This par 69 course plays 6,688 yards long from the blue tees and 6,399 yards long from the white tees. The red tees play at a par of 75 and is 5,944 yards long. The fairways are lined with very thick rough and the large, undulating greens are difficult to read. It is currently ranked as the #3 course in Rhode Island by Golf Digest.

Manton is a residential neighborhood in Providence, Rhode Island and part of Johnston, Rhode Island. It is in the westernmost part of the city. of Providence The town of North Providence borders it to the north, Johnston to the west, while the neighborhoods of Hartford, Olneyville, and Mount Pleasant border it inside Providence. Maschaug Pond is a coastal lagoon in Westerly, Washington County, Rhode Island, United States. Located at 41°19′07″N71°49′51″W, it is one of nine such lagoons in southern Rhode Island. A "small, brackish pond", it is not permanently connected to the Block Island Sound, and is largely bordered by the Misquamicut Club golf course. Nests of the piping plover, which has been federally designated as a threatened species, have been documented within the watershed.
