Fenticonazole nitrate/lidocaine/tinidazole, tentative brand name Evegyn, is a combination of the antibiotic tinidazole, the antifungal fenticonazole, and the local anesthetic lidocaine which is under development for the treatment of bacterial vaginosis, vulvovaginal candidiasis, and vaginitis.
