The mixed NOC team figure skating competition of the 2020 Winter Youth Olympics was held at the Lausanne Skating Arena on 15 January 2020. [1] The eight teams were composed of one men's single skater, one ladies' single skater, one pair, and one ice dancing duo, each performing a free program or free dance.

In the case of a winner of the competition, the tie breaking procedure was used, taking into consideration the two best places of the concerned teams in different categories. The highest total points from the two best places prevailed and the respective placings was recorded accordingly. In the case of a 4th place the ties persisted. In this case the three best places in different categories was considered and the highest total scores from the three best places prevailed and the respective placings was recorded accordingly.

Teams made up of athletes representing different National Olympic Committees (NOCs), called mixed-NOCs teams, participated in the 2020 Winter Youth Olympics. These teams participated in either events composed entirely of mixed-NOCs teams, or in events which saw the participation of mixed-NOCs teams and non-mixed-NOCs teams. When a mixed-NOCs team won a medal, the Olympic flag was raised rather than a national flag; if a mixed-NOCs team won gold, the Olympic anthem would be played instead of national anthems. A total of 6 events with Mixed NOCs were held.

Anna Sergeevna Frolova is a Russian figure skater. She is the 2020 Winter Youth Olympic bronze medalist, the 2019 JGP Italy silver medalist, and the 2019 JGP Croatia bronze medalist.
