The men's floorball tournament at the 2015 SEA Games was held at the ITE (Central), Singapore from 11 to 14 June 2015. [1] The competition is held in a round-robin format, after which the top 2 teams at the end of the competition will head to play in the gold medal match while the other 2 teams play in the bronze medal match.

Floorball is a type of floor hockey with five players and a goalkeeper in each team. It is played indoors with 96–115.5 cm-long (37.8–45.5 in) sticks and a 70–72 mm-diameter (2.76–2.83 in) hollow plastic ball with holes. Matches are played in three twenty-minute periods. The sport of bandy also played a role in the game's development.
Singaporeans participate in a wide variety of sports for recreation as well as for competition. Popular sports include football, swimming, track and field, basketball, rugby union, badminton, table tennis, and cycling. Many public residential areas provide amenities like swimming pools, outdoor spaces and indoor sport centres, with facilities for badminton, table tennis, squash among others.
The 2010 Men's World Floorball Championships Qualifying rounds were the first such qualifiers for world championships in men's floorball. Four separate qualifying tournaments were played, with European qualifications between February 3 and February 6, 2010, in the cities of Babimost and Zbąszyń in Poland, as well as in the city of San Lorenzo de El Escorial in Spain.
The 2015 Southeast Asian Games, officially known as the 28th Southeast Asian Games, or the 28th SEA Games, and commonly known as Singapore 2015, was a Southeast Asian multi-sport event held by the city-state of Singapore from 5 to 16 June 2015, It was the fourth time the country hosted the games. Singapore had previously also hosted the games in 1973, 1983 and the 1993 editions.

The Philippines successfully defended its championship for the record twelfth consecutive time. Indonesia settled for the silver medal for the second consecutive time, while Thailand again placed in the podium after winning the bronze medal.

The men's football tournament at the 2019 SEA Games was held from November 25 to December 10, 2019 in the Philippines. All eleven Southeast Asian nations participated in the men's tournament. Matches were played in Manila, Biñan and Imus. Men's teams were restricted to under-22 players.
Floorball at the 2019 SEA Games was held at the University of the Philippines College of Human Kinetics Gymnasium in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines from 25 November to 1 December 2019. Medals were awarded for both men and women competitions.
