Forgotten Voices

Forgotten Voices is a series of audio tapes and books put together by the Imperial War Museum. The sound archive features thousands of interviews with people who survived wars in which the British were involved in the 20th Century. Each book has been compiled by an individual editor, though with the exception of the introduction to each chapter, almost the entirety of each book is made up of the archive extracts.

<i>Forgotten Voices of the Second World War</i>

Forgotten Voices of the Second World War is a book written by Max Arthur that consists of interviews with soldiers, sailors, airmen and civilians of most nationalities who saw action during World War II. The interviews were drawn from the Imperial War Museum's sound archive. Many of the recordings had not been heard since the 1970s. As well as putting the interviews into chronological and campaign order, the book also puts the surrounding events into context.

Forgotten Voices of the Blitz and the Battle of Britain uses material from Imperial War Museum’s sound archive. It was written by Joshua Levine to bring together interviews with people who lived through the Blitz and the Battle of Britain. It features interviews with soldiers, airmen, fire-fighters, air-raid wardens and civilians, people in the air and on the ground.

Max Arthur OBE was a military historian, author and actor who specialised in first-hand recollections of the twentieth century. In particular his works focussed on the First and Second World War.

The Inspector Alleyn Mysteries is a British detective television series, broadcast on BBC1, which was adapted from nine of the novels by Dame Ngaio Marsh, featuring the character Chief Inspector Roderick Alleyn. The pilot episode was shown in 1990, with Simon Williams playing the part of Alleyn. Two series followed in 1993 and 1994, with Patrick Malahide replacing Williams in the title role.

The crossover spanned across episodes of Wizards of Waverly Place, The Suite Life on Deck, and Hannah Montana. In the crossover, Max, Justin and Alex Russo join regulars from The Suite Life on Deck aboard the SS Tipton, and Cody Martin attempts to retrieve tickets for a Hannah Montana concert in Hawaii, while Miley Stewart, en route to the concert on the SS Tipton, loses her mother's lucky anklet – triggering a streak of bad luck. This TV Movie is the sequel to That's So Suite Life of Hannah Montana.

Gawayn is a French-Italian-Canadian animated television series created and designed by Jan Van Rijsselberge. It is produced by Alphanim. The title of the show refers to King Arthur's nephew Gawain. As of April 2012, Gawayn has been shown on the Starz Kids & Family cable network.

Max Adams is a British author, archaeologist., television presenter, and woodsman. His books cover a wide range of subjects from British history, to Arboriculture, and even his own novel. He currently manages his own young woodland in the north of England and has set up a not-for-profit partnership called "Woods for the Trees", which aims to bring together: people who would like to help cultivate healthy woodlands, with unused land that needs people's input and time. Adams also co-founded, and helps to organise, an archaeological adult-education program called "The Bernician Studies Group" who, among other pursuits, have performed an archaeological survey of monastic sites in Donegal

<i>Titans</i> season 4 2022–23 season of American TV series

The fourth and final season of the American superhero streaming television series Titans premiered on HBO Max on November 3, 2022, and concluded on May 11, 2023, consisting of 12 episodes. It was executive produced by Akiva Goldsman, Geoff Johns, Greg Walker, Greg Berlanti, Sarah Schechter, and Richard Hatem, with Walker serving as showrunner for the fourth consecutive season. Developed by Goldsman, Johns, and Berlanti, the series is based on the DC Comics team Teen Titans. Brenton Thwaites, Mame-Anna Diop, Teagan Croft, Ryan Potter, Joshua Orpin, and Curran Walters return to the main cast from the previous season, joined by season three guest star Jay Lycurgo and series newcomers Franka Potente and Joseph Morgan.
