Francesco Palmieri (born 31 July 1975 in Pisa) is an Italian retired footballer who played as a goalkeeper. He played in Serie B for Lucchese and Livorno and was the third goalkeeper of A.C.F. Fiorentina in Serie A from 2003 to 2005.

In the end, a strong finish to the season under incoming coach Dino Zoff saved La Viola from relegation, with an emotional 3–0 victory against Brescia confirming their survival.
