Gemeente vervoerbedrijf Utrecht (GVU)(English:Utrecht municipal transport) was the operator of city buses in Utrecht, Netherlands until December 2013. It is replaced by Qbuzz.
Utrecht is the fourth-largest city and a municipality of the Netherlands, capital and most populous city of the province of Utrecht. It is located in the eastern corner of the Randstad conurbation, and in the very centre of mainland Netherlands, and had a population of 345,080 in 2017.

Qbuzz is a public transport company in the Netherlands that operates services in Utrecht, Drenthe and Groningen. Founded in 2008, it had been a 100% subsidiary of Nederlandse Spoorwegen between 2013 and 2017, but is presently owned by Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane.
Connexxion took GVU over on 1 January 2007. Since December 2013 Qbuzz took over the operation of city services in Utrecht. In 2000 GVU carried 30 million passengers and this figure continues to rise with 39 million passengers in 2006. GVU used 25m long Van Hool AGG300 buses on routes 11, 12, 12s and occasionally 31. For these routes changed to the road layouts were made[ citation needed ].
Connexxion is a large public transport company in the Netherlands, operating in the west, middle, east and south-west parts of the country. It is owned by Transdev and Bank Nederlandse Gemeenten. It is a subsidiary of Transdev Netherlands.

The Berkhof Ambassador is a low-floor city bus produced by the Dutch bus manufacturer VDL Berkhof between 2001 and 2011 when it was replaced by the VDL Citea. The section between the front and rear door are at the same height. The seats at the very rear are a bit higher, and can be reached by using stairs.

The Utrecht sneltram are two light rail lines in the Dutch city of Utrecht. The sneltram light rail system was constructed during the late 1970s and early 1980s, and the first sections – between Utrecht city centre and the suburb of Nieuwegein – opened to passengers on 17 December 1983. A second branch of the line, to IJsselstein, opened 14 December 1985.

PolskiBus was a Polish express coach operator. Owned by Brian Souter's Highland Global Transport, it commenced operating in June 2011. It was sold to Flixbus in December 2017 with the PolskiBus brand retired in February 2018.
