Gareth Williams (born 7 March 1988) is a Welsh rugby union player. A scrum-half he has represented his country from Welsh Schoolboy level through to the Under 20's. In 2008, he was a member of the Wales squad for U20 Six Nations and U20 World Cup.
Williams began his senior career with Neath. In 2008 he joined Harlequins and made his debut in the pre-season friendly against Connacht on 16 August 2008.
In December 2009, Williams joined Newport Gwent Dragons on a short-term loan arrangement from Harlequins. [1]
Williams left the Dragons in 2011, joining Pontypridd RFC during the summer months. [2]
Dragons RFC are one of the four professional rugby union regional teams in Wales. They have been owned by Dragons RFC Ltd since 2023, having been solely owned by the Welsh Rugby Union from 2017 to 2023 and jointly owned by the WRU and Newport RFC between 2004 and 2017. Pontypridd Rugby Football Club is a rugby union team from Pontypridd, Rhondda Cynon Taf, Wales. It won the Indigo Group Premiership for four consecutive seasons between 2012 and 2015 as well as the WRU National Cup on 6 different occasions, most recently in 2014.

Jordan Rhys Williams is a Welsh rugby union footballer who plays for the Dragons. His regular position is at full-back, but he has also played at fly-half and on the wing. He began his career with amateur side New Dock Stars RFC, before being signed by Llanelli RFC and ultimately breaking into the Scarlets regional side. However, he struggled to find playing time with the Scarlets and moved to Bristol in 2016, only to return to Wales with the Dragons two years later. He has also played internationally for Wales at under-16, under-18 and under-20 level, as well as for the Wales Sevens team.
