Gayan Sheromal

Gayan Sheromal (born 16 November 1969) was a Sri Lankan cricketer. He was a right-handed batsman and wicket-keeper who played for Moors Sports Club. He was born in Colombo.

Sheromal made a single first-class appearance for the side, during the 1991–92 season, against Colts Cricket Club. He failed to score a run in either innings in which he batted.

Although the name is correctly spelt with the old spelling "Singhalese", the name is sometimes misspelt with the modern spelling "Sinhalese". Hendahewage Sanjeewa Gayan Sameera Silva, known as Gayan Silva, is a former Sri Lankan-born international cricketer who represented the United Arab Emirates national team. A left-handed batsman and wicket keeper, and very occasional right-arm medium-fast bowler, Silva played club cricket for the local Police Sports Club and particularly Singha Sports Club. He has scored over 3,200 first class runs, but has not yet scored higher than 95, and has also played a handful of one day games, including matches against Scotland.

Ace Capital Cricket Club is a first-class cricket club in Sri Lanka. It was originally founded in 1989 as the Seeduwa/Raddoluwa Cricket Club. In 2011, it became the Sri Lanka Ports Authority Cricket Club. The SLPA withdrew sponsorship in October 2020 and the club was renamed Ace Capital ahead of the 2020–21 season. In 2022–23, Ace Capital is playing in the Major League Tournament.

Kariyawasam Thantrige Gayan Thilanka de Silva, known as Gayan de Silva, is a professional cricketer who made his debut in Sri Lankan domestic cricket during the 2012–13 season. His early cricket was played in Bahrain, the country of his birth, and he played at senior level for the Bahraini national side between 2004 and 2006, having earlier represented Bahrain at various underage levels.

The 2004 SLC Twenty20 Tournament is the 1st season of the official Twenty20 domestic cricket competition in Sri Lanka. 15 teams in total, five representing four provinces of Sri Lanka and a Sri Lanka Schools XI team participating in the competition. The competition began on 17 August 2004, when Bloomfield Cricket and Athletic Club played the Police Sports Club at Colts Cricket Club Ground, Colombo.

The Kuwait cricket team toured Qatar in July 2019 to play a three-match Twenty20 International (T20I) series. This was the first bilateral T20I series for both sides. The series formed part of both teams' preparation for the Asian Regional Qualifying Finals tournament for the 2019 ICC T20 World Cup Qualifier. All of the matches were played at the West End Park International Cricket Stadium in Doha. Kuwait won the opening match by seven wickets, before the second match was decided by a Super Over which was won by Qatar, after the game was tied. Qatar won the final match by three wickets to win the series 2–1.

Gayan Munaweera is a cricketer who plays for the Qatar national cricket team. He made his Twenty20 International (T20I) debut for Qatar against Kuwait on 4 July 2019. On 27 July 2019, he played in Qatar's final match of the Regional Finals of the 2018–19 ICC T20 World Cup Asia Qualifier tournament, against Malaysia. In September 2019, he was named in Qatar's squad for the 2019 Malaysia Cricket World Cup Challenge League A tournament. He made his List A debut for Qatar, against Singapore, in the Cricket World Cup Challenge League A tournament on 17 September 2019. Dulith Gayan is a Sri Lankan cricketer. He made his List A debut for Hambantota District in the 2016–17 Districts One Day Tournament on 26 March 2017 and his Twenty20 debut on 8 January 2020, for Unichela Sports Club in the 2019–20 SLC Twenty20 Tournament.

The 2019–20 Premier League Tournament Tier B is the second division of the 32nd season of first-class cricket in Sri Lanka's Premier Trophy. The tournament started on 31 January and was originally scheduled to conclude on 11 April 2020.
