George Hudson (born November 10, 1976) is a Canadian former professional football centre who played in the Canadian Football League (CFL). He was selected by the Edmonton Eskimos in the third round of the 2000 CFL draft. He played college football for the New Mexico State Aggies.
Hudson was a member of the Dallas Cowboys, Edmonton Eskimos, Carolina Panthers, Ottawa Renegades, Hamilton Tiger-Cats, and Saskatchewan Roughriders.

The Edmonton Elks are a professional Canadian football team based in Edmonton, Alberta. The club competes in the Canadian Football League (CFL) as a member of the league's West Division and plays their home games at Commonwealth Stadium. The Elks were founded in 1949 as the Edmonton Eskimos and have won the Grey Cup championship fourteen times, most recently in 2015 and the most of any CFL club based in Western Canada. The team has a rivalry with the Calgary Stampeders. The team discontinued using the Eskimos name in 2020, with the new name Elks formally announced on June 1, 2021.

In November 2006, Miles was voted one of the CFL's Top 50 players (#48) of the league's modern era by Canadian sports network TSN.

Rod Connop is a Canadian former professional football player for the Edmonton Eskimos of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He spent his entire 16-year career with the Eskimos as an offensive lineman. Connop played CIS football at Wilfrid Laurier Golden Hawks. He was named CFL All-Star six times and won the CFL's Most Outstanding Offensive Lineman Award in the 1989 CFL season. Connop played 210 consecutive games with the Eskimos from 1983 until his retirement following the 1997 season. As of 2011, he continued to be the all-time Eskimo leader in games played (274). He is a member of the Canadian Football Hall of Fame, where he was inducted in 2005. His son Rory Connop played for the Saskatchewan Roughriders of the CFL as a defensive lineman.
Bill Stevenson was a Canadian Football League (CFL) player with the Edmonton Eskimos. After playing college football at Drake University, he was drafted by the NFL's Miami Dolphins and played in the World Football League (WFL) with the Memphis Southmen for two seasons, followed by a 14-year CFL career with the Eskimos, the first three as a defensive lineman and the remainder as an offensive lineman. He was named CFL All-Star 2 times and was a part of a CFL record seven Grey Cup championship teams with the Eskimos.
Roger Nelson was an American and Canadian football offensive tackle and guard. He played in the Canadian Football League (CFL) for the Edmonton Eskimos from 1954 to 1967 and was a part of two Grey Cup winning teams for the Eskimos. Nelson played college football at the University of Oklahoma and was drafted in the fourteenth round of the 1954 NFL draft.

After playing college football at McGill University and at St. Mary's University (Halifax), Pothier spent his entire 12 year CFL career as an offensive lineman. Blanchard grew up in Edmonton, and played football in high school at Queen Elizabeth Composite High School. Blanchard played Canadian university football for the Alberta Golden Bears between 1977-78. He played for the Eskimos from 1979-87. He was named CFL All-Star every year from 1982 to 1986 and was a part of five Grey Cup championship teams with the Eskimos. He later worked as offensive line coach for the junior Victoria Rebels.
Mathieu Bertrand is a former Canadian football fullback who played for the Edmonton Eskimos of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He was drafted 44th overall in the 2003 CFL Draft by the Montreal Alouettes, but returned to school following his release in training camp. He was signed by the Eskimos on January 24, 2004, and won a Grey Cup championship with the team in 2005. He played CIS football as a quarterback for the Laval Rouge et Or.

He was originally signed by the Minnesota Vikings as an undrafted free agent in 2007 before signing with the Saskatchewan Roughriders in 2008. He played college football at Colorado.
