Gintas K (real name Gintas Kraptavicius; born 1969) is a sound artist born in Lithuania in 1969. He was the core member of the first Lithuanian industrial music group "Modus". Performances, actions, even short films shape the activities of "Modus" (which is translated as "the way of life").

Later Gintas Kraptavicius was active as a performer and interdisciplinary artist, known for his actions, happenings, written instructions in a post-fluxus manner.

In 1999 Gintas turned his scenery name into Gintas K and started exploring experimental, electroacoustic, electronic, computer music, granular synthesis, live electronic music aesthetics. Since 2011 member of Lithuanian Composers Union. Till now he has released 51 albums, took part in various international festivals, conferences, symposiums as transmediale.05 : Basics, transmediale.07 : Unfinish!, ISEA 2015: Disruption, IRCAM Forum Workshop 2017, ICMC2018, ICMC2022, ICMC-NYCEMF 2019 , NYCEMF 2020 , Ars Electronica Festival 2020 , Ars Electronica Festival 2023 , NYCEMF 2021 , NYCEMF 2022 , NYCEMF 2023 NYCEMF 2024 , Ars Electronica Festival 2024 ,. Lithuania has participated in the Eurovision Song Contest 24 times since its debut in 1994, where "Lopšinė mylimai" performed by Ovidijus Vyšniauskas finished last, receiving "nul points". Lithuania withdrew from the contest, not returning until 1999. The sixth place of the song "We Are the Winners" performed by LT United in 2006 is Lithuania's best result in the contest. The country reached the top ten for a second time in 2016, when "I've Been Waiting for This Night" by Donny Montell finished ninth, and for the third time in 2021, finishing eighth with "Discoteque" by The Roop. The Lithuanian participant broadcaster in the contest is Lietuvos nacionalinis radijas ir televizija (LRT).

Bronius Kutavičius was a Lithuanian composer and academic composition teacher. He wrote numerous oratorios and operas, often inspired by ancient Lithuanian polytheistic beliefs and music. He also composed film scores, orchestral works and chamber music. Kutavičius is regarded as a symbol of Lithuanian cultural identity, both in music and in politics. Among many awards, he received the Lithuanian State Prize in 1987.

Devilstone Open Air has included performers playing black metal, death metal, power metal, thrash metal, sludge metal, doom metal, post rock, stoner rock, and progressive rock music genres. Music bands from Europe, North and South America, and Australia have performed in the festival. Devilstone Open Air is usually held in the mid-summer, around the third weekend of July.

Dalia Raudonikytė was a Lithuanian composer and pianist born in Vilnius, Lithuania. She was profiled in the Lithuanian Music Encyclopedia, Muzikos Enciklopedija, in 2007. Her compositions ranged from electronic to orchestral and she was known to use literary references in her lyrics, quoting authors such as Thomas Wolfe, Picabia, Virginia Woolf, and Stefan Zweig in her works. She died on 7 September 2018 after a protracted fight with cancer.

The Roop are a Lithuanian pop rock band from Vilnius. Formed in 2014, the group consists of lead vocalist Vaidotas Valiukevičius, percussionist Robertas Baranauskas and guitarist Mantas Banišauskas. The group has released three albums – To Whom It May Concern in 2015, Ghosts in 2017 and Concrete Flower in 2022 – as well as the extended play Yes, I Do in 2018. They were due to represent Lithuania in the Eurovision Song Contest 2020 with their song "On Fire" before the contest was cancelled. They then took part in the Eurovision Song Contest 2021 with "Discoteque", finishing in eighth place in the final.

Viktorija Faith is a Lithuanian singer and actress who contested to represent Lithuania in the Eurovision Song Contest 2022 with her song "Walk Through The Water".
