Grant Hansen is a New Zealand rugby union coach.
Hansen was appointed as Assistant Coach to Brian Evans in 2009. [1] [2] When Evans took a break from coaching in 2011, Hansen, who was Assistant Coach then, was appointed as the Black Ferns Head Coach by New Zealand Rugby. [3] [4] His Assistant Coach was John Kyle. [3]
Hansen coached the Black Ferns in three tests against England. [5]
Sir Stephen William Hansen and High Chief Of Vaiala, is a New Zealand rugby union coach and former player. He is also the father of Black Ferns assistant coach, Whitney Hansen.
Wayne Ross Smith is a New Zealand rugby union coach and former player. He has won three Rugby World Cups; he was an assistant coach with New Zealand's men's team, the All Blacks, who won the 2011 and 2015 World Cups, and as head coach of the New Zealand women's team, the Black Ferns, won the 2021 World Cup, held in 2022.
The New Zealand Under 20's Rugby Team are the representative Rugby Union team from New Zealand. They replace the two former age grade teams Under 19s and Under 21s. Their first tournament was the 2008 IRB Junior World Championship, which they won after defeating England 38–3 in the final. They have gone on to also win the 2009, 2010, 2011, 2015 and 2017 World Rugby Under 20's Championship. The team also competes in the Oceania U20 Championship as of 2015.
