Health Sciences/Jubilee station is an Edmonton Light Rail Transit station in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. It serves both the Capital Line and the Metro Line. As of 2021, it is the southern terminus of the Metro Line. It is a ground-level station located at 114 Street at 83 Avenue on the University of Alberta's main campus.
Health Sciences station opened on January 3, 2006, [2] and was the second LRT station built on the south side of the North Saskatchewan River. It was also the first above ground station to be built since Clareview station which opened in 1981 and the first station built as part of the Capital Line's South expansion which added five new stations and 7.8 km of track to the system by 2010.
The station has a 124-metre long centre loading platform that can accommodate two five-car LRT trains at the same time, with one train on each side of the platform. The platform is exactly nine metres wide. [3] [4]
An enclosed pedway system that connects the station with the Edmonton Clinic Health Academy, Kaye Edmonton Clinic and University of Alberta Hospital opened in June 2013. [5] [6]

The station has one termination track that allows Metro Line trains to terminate but platform is off-limits to the public. It allows one 3 car Metro Line train to terminate/reverse.

Two side-loading platforms with ramp access from grade level as well as pedestrian crossings are located at both ends of the station. The station is located adjacent to the Mall Entrance 5 of the North Hill Centre shopping mall, and is less than 1 kilometre away from the campus of SAIT.

The Capital Line currently consists of fifteen stations, six of which are underground. Seven stations are shared with the Metro Line.
The Valley Line is a low-floor urban light rail line in Edmonton, Canada. The 13.1-kilometre (8.1 mi) line runs southeast from downtown at 102 Street stop to Mill Woods Town Centre at Mill Woods stop and connects to the Capital and Metro lines at Churchill station, downtown. The line is being constructed in phases, with phase 1 being the current open 12-station portion between 102 Street and Mill Woods that commenced operations on November 4, 2023. The second phase, consisting of the 14-kilometre (8.7 mi), 16-station portion between 102 Street and Lewis Farms, began construction in 2021 and is expected to be completed in 2028. Upon completion, the entire Valley Line is expected to serve more than 100,000 commuters daily, nearly matching the current Capital Line and Metro Line in terms of capacity and ridership.
