Henrik Stamer Hedin (born 10 July 1946) is a Danish communist and translator, chairman of Communist Party of Denmark since 2003, and editor of CPD's (Danish DKP) party newspaper Skub. He was first time chosen as CPD's (Danish DKP) executive committee in 1993. At CPD's (Danish DKP) 33rd congress, held in 2012, he was reelected to the executive committee and subsequently reelected as chairman of the party and the new executive committee.

Henrik Stamer Hedin is a vocal critic of imperialism. While raised as a political conservative, Hedin became a Marxist and joined the Communist Party of Denmark.

Land og Folk was a Danish communist newspaper published from 1919 to 1990. It became the main organ of the Communist Party of Denmark (DKP) from 1920 and boomed in circulation during World War II, growing from 12,000 copies in 1940 to 120,000 copies in 1945. The paper was printed in Copenhagen, but distributed countrywide.

Rudolf Kristian Albert Broby-Johansen was a Danish art historian, communist activist and writer. Born in Aalborg, North Jutland to a working-class family, Broby-Johansen grew up in Lunde, Otterup Municipality, Funen. He published a poetry collection in 1922 called Blod ("Blood"), containing poems on the themes of misery and poverty as well as tabooed topics such as prostitution and necrophilia, was considered scandalous and confiscated by the authorities. However, it has gained long-lasting influence in Danish literature by influencing such poets as Michael Strunge and Yahya Hassan. Moreover, it is seen as a prime example of Danish modernist and expressionist poetry. He joined the Communist Party of Denmark (DKP) and became one of the key personalities behind several Danish left-wing journals such as Monde, Plan and Frem.
