Hol Idrettslag is a multi-sports club from Hol, Norway.
Established in 1903, it has sections for speed skating, skiing, football, cycling, athletics, orienteering and swimming. Well-known members include Ådne Søndrål, Håvard Bøkko, Christoffer Fagerli Rukke and Hege Bøkko, all of whom are speed skaters.

Ådne Søndrål is a former Norwegian speed skater.
Håvard Bøkko is a Norwegian former speed skater, and the premier skater from his country since 2008, with 32 national championships and thirteen international medals. He had junior results similar to those of Sven Kramer, Gianni Romme and Eric Heiden from the early 1980s before the clap skate. He is the older brother of Hege Bøkko.
Eskil Ervik is a Norwegian speedskater. Ervik's best distance is traditionally the 5000-m, where he for several years was among the very best of the world, but his top priority for the most part of his career was to perform optimally in the allround championships. His retirement from top international speedskating was announced in April 2007.
Mark Jan Hendrik Tuitert is a retired Dutch speed skater. He won gold at the 1500 m at the 2010 Winter Olympics.
Mari Hemmer is a Norwegian long-track speed skater, with particular strength in the longer distances 3000 m and 5000 m. She is the Norwegian Allround Champion for 2005, 2007, 2008, 2010, the Norwegian Sprint Champion for 2005, 2009, 2010, and has also won numerous gold, silver, and bronze medals from national championships at single distances. Along with fellow skaters Maren Haugli and Hege Bøkko, Hemmer has in recent years represented Norway at the European Championships, the World Allround Championships and the World Single Distance Championships, as well as in the World Cup. Hemmer is the holder of the current Norwegian record on 10000 m.

Christoffer Fagerli Rukke is a Norwegian speed-skater who competes for the club Hol IL. He represented Norway at the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver. Before the 2012–13 season, Rukke has started 78 individual races in the World Cup, with 11th place as best three times.
