Hubert Weber (born 1939) was the President of the European Court of Auditors (ECA) from 2005 until January 2008. He was born in Vienna (Austria) in 1939 and is a Doctor of Law of the University of Vienna.
Weber worked in the Austrian civil service between 1959 and 1970, then becoming an auditor at the Austrian Court of Auditors and from 1971 also becoming involved with the International Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions. He became a member of the European Court on 1 March 1999 and was elected President on 16 January 2005.

Archduchess Elisabeth Marie Henriette Stephanie Gisela of Austria was the only child of Rudolf, Crown Prince of Austria, and Princess Stéphanie of Belgium. Her father was the son and heir apparent of Emperor Franz Joseph I of Austria, and her mother was a daughter of King Leopold II of Belgium. She was known to her family as "Erzsi", a diminutive of her name in Hungarian. Later nicknamed The Red Archduchess, she was famous for becoming a socialist and a member of the Austrian Social Democratic Party.
Jan Olov Karlsson was a Swedish politician; former Minister for Development Cooperation, Migration and Asylum Policy (2002-2003) and acting Minister for Foreign Affairs, following the murder of Anna Lindh. He also served as President of the European Court of Auditors.
Juhan Parts is an Estonian politician who was Prime Minister of Estonia from 2003 to 2005 and Minister of Economic Affairs and Communications from 2007 to 2014. Juhan Parts is a member of Isamaa party.
The European Court of Auditors is one of the seven institutions of the European Union (EU). It was established in 1975 in Luxembourg in order to improve EU financial management. It has 27 members supported by approximately 800 civil servants.
Ville Heimo Antero Itälä is the Director-General of the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF) and a former a Finnish politician. He was elected member of the Finnish Parliament (Eduskunta) from the district of Southwest Finland in 1995. Itälä served as the Minister of the Interior under Prime Minister Paavo Lipponen from September 2000 to April 2003. He was elected chairman of the National Coalition Party (Kokoomus) in 2001. Following his resignation as party leader in 2004, he was succeeded by Jyrki Katainen. Itälä was a Member of the European Parliament from 2004 until 29 February 2012. He was a member of the European Court of Auditors from 2012 until February 2018. Since August 2018 he is the Director-General of OLAF.

The history of the Jews in Austria probably begins with the exodus of Jews from Judea under Roman occupation. There have been Jews in Austria since the 3rd century CE. Over the course of many centuries, the political status of the community rose and fell many times: during certain periods, the Jewish community prospered and enjoyed political equality, and during other periods it suffered pogroms, deportations to concentration camps and mass murder, and antisemitism. The Holocaust drastically reduced the Jewish community in Austria and only 8,140 Jews remained in Austria according to the 2001 census, though other estimates place the current figure at 9,000, 15,000, or 20,000 people, if accounting for those of mixed descent.
Marek Opioła is a Polish politician. He was elected to the Sejm on 25 September 2005, with 5,301 votes in 16 Płock district as a candidate from the Law and Justice list. After leaving the Sejm in 2019, Opioła became vice-president of the Supreme Audit Office of Poland. He was appointed to the European Court of Auditors from 1 February 2021 to 6 May 2022 and is nominated for re-election.
